I haven't been in for many years and decided to go get a Breakfast sandwich and coffee. My eyes popped out at the prices. Stopped in today right before the store closed at 2. I was ordering 4 sandwiches and some bagels to go. All the sandwiches... were wrong. I had two turkey cheddar and neither sandwich had turkey on them. No condiments. Just a plain bagel, slice ofonion and lettuce! Had another turkey avocado sandwich, also no turkey. Uhh well my muffin was really undercooked and they also threw it in the bag it was in pieces. my bagel had barely any cream... cheese on it. the girl who took my order also interrupted me 3 times so that was nice :) Read more
You guys saved my bacon. I had placed and paid for an online order for pick up at the Midvalley location at 5588 S. Redwood Rd... and when my coworker went to pick it up THEY WERE CLOSED! Ya'll are just down the street from my house so I stopped by to seeif you could fill the order. Your staff was SO HELPFUL and kind and caring. They verified my order with the email confirmationand I was able to provide a tasty treat for the meeting at work. Read more
Unbelievably expensive for half a dozen bagels. I paid $15.68 for six bagels and a small tub of cream cheese. Again, that?s six... (6) bagels for the high, high price of $15.68. Service here was also really weird. They seemed oddly stressed even though itwasn?t busy. I just wanted bagels so I was standing near the bagel display as the flavors aren?t listed on the menu. The cashierkept asking me to come over to her at the other end of the counter and I ended up awkwardly shouting the flavors I wanted halfway across the restaurant. I completely agree with Ella's review from 4 days ago. Everything felt rushed, even ordering was uncomfortable. They gave me... the wrong bagel for my sandwich, half-effort cut of the bagel, and didn't full toast it. I'd rather wait 10 minutes for it tobe done right than a half-effort job all around. Definitely won't be going back during my stay in SLC, sorry guys. Loveeinstein's typically but this has been by far my worst experience at any location in the country. Read more

I ordered a dozen bagels that automatically comes with two tubs of schmear. Bagels are delivered, no schmear. What the eff am I... supposed to eat these bagels with? I called in and there was absolutely no way for them to deliver my schmear, no sincereapology, no discount offers, no trying to resolve any situation. Just straight bs customer service to go with their straight bsbagels. Boo! Read more
