Well I ordered 2 bagels one of them has this weird piece of plastic in it that was curly like a hair and the other one was all... broken up like it had gotten stuck in the toaster or dropped. I have been to this location a few times and my order was delish. Long lines? Yes. My guess is that they are short staffed like... everyone else but I?m surprised at the way the outside looks. Take more time, especially with only 1 car in the drive-through at 7 am. Only takes 2 attentive seconds to make sure you cut a... bagel all the way through, and in a straight lined manner that makes it easy to eat. 2nd time I?ve been here, the 1st was finebut then again we got a variety box of bagels, so nothing made-to-order. I really like the food here. It is in the pricey side no doubt about that. Most if not all locations have their lobby ?open? but... there is no where to sit and ?dine-in? in the lobby these days. The Texas brisket breakfast sandwich is really really good.Almost always get the bakers dozen to go. Wish there had a better lunch menu like they use to?. I miss the chicken saladsandwich they had. Waited 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches for an online order. So the order was already placed 20 minutes prior to us arriving. We... opened our bagel sandwiches to them being burnt black. Called the store and we can either come back, or we can be on thediscount list. Overall disappointed in our service. I understand toasted but cmon now. *UPDATE* Went back to this locationrecently.
