We were there for a special celebration and everything was perfect. The ambience is warm and inviting, appetizers were very well... presented and delicious, steak were cooked to perfection and side dishes were well seasoned. The only part of the meal thatlooked odd was the salad. It looks like it was prepared by a toddler which I don't really care. Lol I was just expecting a verygood presentation knowing that it's Fleming's ???? Dessert was yummy. All the staff were very respectful, knowledgeable andfriendly. This is a nice restaurant… something you can dress up for. We really enjoyed our meals here. Everything is ordered... individually and not as a meal. It’s very pricey but worth it. The sides are very large and 2 people can share each side. Thesalad I had was sooooo delicious… the lemon dressing they use is really about the best I ever had. And the chickpea pattywhich is a vegetarian option was absolutely delicious and a nice change from the normal options usually offered at restaurants.Brussels sprouts were so amazing I actually tried to replicate the recipe the first night I got back home from vacation.Absolutely delicious. My boyfriend ordered a steak and was very satisfied. The waiter was super nice and helpful. Was veryvigilant and aware of every bite making sure he was there the exact moment we needed anything. Everything was timed perfectlyand far above any expectations. The only problem we had was we couldn’t find the place. We were on vacation and not familiarwith Salt Lake City. We googled restaurants and made reservations but because this restaurant is located in a shopping center itwasn’t easy to find. I posted pics of elevators we used. If you find yourself in the parking garage go to level -1 and fromthere you will see another elevator across the parking lot with the Flemings sign near it . That takes you straight to it. Read more

An amazing steak restaurant. The difficulty was parking, with the valet service being owned to the mall instead of the... restaurant, and all spots taken by people attending an event across the street. First and foremost, we went on a Monday night. It was very peaceful. Secondly, our waiter, Jeremy, was phenomenal. Very... attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. We got champagne which was delicious, and our starter was phenomenal. But the steaks. Goodlord. I can cook a mean steak but I can't even touch the quality of what they serve here. We had the Main Filet. Perfectly done,fork tender, and absolutely worth every penny. The sides are very large for an establishment like this (shareable for 2 or 3people each, we had mashed potatoes and asparagus) and are delicious beyond reproach. To top it all off we had the lava cakefor dessert. 20 minute wait, which we were forewarned about by our waiter, but that is how long it takes to cook a real one ofthat quality and presentation, instead of microwaved slop you may be used to getting within 5 minutes. It is absolutelyincredible, served with ice cream and homemade whipped cream. To summarize, the atmosphere, waitstaff, managerial staff,drinks, food and dessert are all PHENOMENAL. We took the kids to the gateway for an activity and we all got hungry. We wandered around looking for someplace to eat when we... stumbled upon Fleming's. My husband wanted a steak so we went in. We were asked if we had a reservation and we said no and theysaid that's fine. (Reservations are not required by the way). They took us back to a table, and we realized on the way back thatthis is a fine dining place and we definitely weren't dressed up for it. We asked our waitress if there was a dress code since alot of other patrons were in business casual. She said there wasn't and that people walk in from the mall all the time. Ourwaitress was very friendly, patient and answered all of our questions as we had never been fine dining before, especially withkids. The food was absolutely amazing and very well presented. The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing date night. Our server was attentive but not overly so and made sure everything we... needed was taken care of quickly. My steak was cooked perfectly and the plating of every dish was very pleasing to the eye. Hada great experience here and would highly recommend Fleming’s as the best steak in Salt Lake City. Jeremy was great and took very good care of us. His assistant Irwin was also very courteous and friendly and the 2 of them made... our anniversary dinner special. We appreciate great customer service and Fleming's did not disappoint. We would rate you aboveRuth's Chris, Spencer's and Christopher's along with the best steakhouses in Park City as well.
