I\'d give this place 4.5 stars. Love the ambiance and that it\'s on that back alley road. Brunch was pretty empty for Sunday,... which was awesome. We were served quickly and had a great time. We enjoyed our food for the most part, but was overall not overthe moon impressed with the flavor profiles. I got the crab omelette, which was overpriced, underseasoned, and came with a saladon the side. I didn\'t understand the pairing, and I felt the omelette could have been done so differently, with more flavor. Itwas just the egg, cheese, and crab with the hollandaise sauce. My husband got the breakfast sandwich and liked it but wasn\'trave-worthy. My friend got the steak and eggs and she enjoyed it but the stand out dish was a Mexican flavor profile dish withmolé, Duck Confit Chilaquiles. It was delicious and I highly recommend that one! Also, the brussel sprouts were WONDERFUL!!Definitely order them! The table enjoyed their drinks they ordered from the bar. I would definitely come back to try morethings, especially their regular menu. Again, I heard this place is owned by the same people who own White Horse, which I hearis worth mentioning whether that\'s a good or bad thing. Definitely try it out ???? Read more

When I walked in and saw the menu, I knew it was owned by the same group that owns White Horse and Whiskey Street. The server... confirmed. It is a very cool space with higher priced cocktails. The cocktails start at $12 and go up to $17. We tried some ofthe bites, kimchi vegetables, pickle chips with feta, and fries. I tried the commando and the Utah old fashioned--both weregood cocktails. 4 stars because I was very underwhelmed by our waiter and thought he was pretty dismissive and rude while serving us.\nHighly... recommend the bustle sprouts and the burger and fries were very good. Read more

Food was good for the most part just under seasoned. Fresh pasta was well made with good texture and bite. Good cocktails and... good service. Upstairs was uncomfortably hot. Chicken was very dry and overcooked. Read more

This is such a fun and cute new spot! I got the steak salad and it was fantastic. The ranch could use more depth of flavor but I... LOVED the steak. The toppings and crunch in the salad went perfect together.\n\nThe design & decor is 12/10! Give this place atry. Read more

Fantastic food, service and environment. It\'s no secret that SLC\'s eatery scene has had some great additions over recent... years... Franklin Ave continue raising that bar and I\'m excited to have another great downtown option. Perfect for a casualdrink, a great meal or a business get together. The bar is well stocked to cover all wants and needs. The Wagyu steak was pnpoint. We\'ll definitely be back! Read more

Franklin Ave is such a vibe. The Staff are super friendly and genuine, the food is amazing, the decor is very stylish and classy... and this place is going to quickly become a hidden gem. I came for date night last Friday and we had the most incredible server. She really was one of the kindest people/staff members that I have ever interacted with at an establishment. The music selectionwas very nice as well. I highly recommend checking this place out. We had the Mushroom Beignets which were to die for and wealso ordered a fried fish sandwich. It was literally the biggest Fish sandwich that I have ever had in my entire life and it wasvery tasty to boot. 10/10 would recommend. Read more
