Deserves a higher rating! Once I discovered this place, it?s the only place I?ll eat in the SLC airport. Fresh food, vegan and... gf options, big portions, affordable, delicious traditional Mediterranean. It?s a healthy option. The staff is always friendly.I hope they?re paid well.. I always tip extra because there?s a few of them, and people in Utah don?t tip enough or at all.Anyways if you?re trying to decide where to land for a snack at the airport, I?d recommend this place first. i would have given 5 stars. the food was great. hot, fresh, well prepared. about halfway through, find a long hair in my... food. if i was at home they would have called that ?just a little added love?. stranger, not so much! didn?t stop me fromfinishing the food. i mean, i was already will into the meal. the damage was done! 2022.06.30 update - eat here again. onceagain great. the lady making my order, i guess, didn?t hear me say one spoon of feta. gave me a look of utter hatred when i asked for it and she had to remove the lid. makes me laugh when people hate their jobs. I surely dread to buy mediocre food at high prices at the airports, so Garbanzo was a welcome change. Not only was the food good... quantity and quality wise, it was also a lot cheaper. I got the falafel plate for 10-11$ which had a range of toppings, similarto Chipotle. I especially liked the falafels, seasonal beet hummus, smoky eggplant in addition to their sauces. Great experience, great food, good hospitality. As a vegetarian I enjoyed the falafel plate alongside beet hummus and cilantro... sauce. Five stars if we hadn't had to wipe off our own table. Short staff perhaps. I'll be back soon. Read more
Great Mediterranean food at the SLC airport, right in front of gate A16. It?s a buffet type restaurant so service is very fast.... Perfect for the vegetarian options. Highly recommend this place. Read more
