Visited this place in the afternoon and I would say it is okayish. The noodles were awesome and added some tofu in it which... costed an additional 3$. Also ordered a started with tofu which was very bad and the quantity was less. I could give 4 starrating but the tofu starter was bad. We were a group of 5 when we visited the restaurant but they have added additional taxthinking that we were 6 people. Everything about this place was perfect! It was my kids and I first time here and we loved it! The waiter was so nice and... friendly, the outdoor patio was nice and clean, most importantly the food was just so delicious. I'm not a big fan of sushi likemy kids but I tried the sushi here and it was just so good. I also ordered the teriyaki beef combo and it was amazing. The misosoup was so flavorful and fried veggies were not greasy at all, it had a perfect crisp. This is our new favorite spot!! Read more
This sushi ???? place was legit????????tasty and delightful. It was pretty hard to find a good sushi restaurant in Utah for me... but this place had me. I wish I took more pictures on other nigiri plates, inside and outside of the restaurant. Itamaes wereso professional and know what they are putting on the plate. This place is super quaint, with great service and absolutely amazing food. The ‘Billy Billy’ roll is hands down one of the... best maki rolls I’ve ever tried. I also highly recommend the Garden and Tiger rolls. Kate, our waitress, was attentive, andalways smiling. I definitely plan on visiting Hamachi several more times! Read more
My boyfriend and I went here for our first time as a date night. We were super impressed the second we walked in. First of all,... the outside looks so pretty at night and the staff was amazing as soon as you walk in. Our waitress, Christina, was superhelpful and gave us recommendations on the menu and provided excellent customer service! The food was one of the best in Utah.We will definitely be coming back! We were craving sushi and picked Hamachi as it had great reviews. The sushi was fresh and quite good, and the seaweed salad was... wonderful. We chose to sit outside because the interior had an off smell, but I think this was due to the way the ramen smellsmixed with sushi smells. I don't know. Regardless it was pleasant on the patio so we were happy to eat out there. The onlyreason why I gave four stars instead of five was because our diet cokes had an alarmingly chemical taste. I'm not sure if theglasses hadn't been properly rinsed or if it was some residue from cleaning the water lines, but we could barely drink.Hopefully they fix whatever that was. Read more
Definitely enjoyed the quiet patio seating. Tried the carpaccio special it was very tasty; just enough spice. Gyoza for the win... lightly crispy with a dipping sauce. Green hornet maki of for those with a spicy pallet. The best part was the service veryfriendly. Read more
