I was only there for just a few minutes. I only ordered scrambled eggs and an orange juice. And I didn't even have to wait it... took literally 5 minutes. And it ain't more the $10.00! The cashier that checked me out was awesome! He was very patient with medue to me having a infant with me and all I could find was just change at that time bc I had left my money at home and forgot mycredit card! So thank you guy! I wish I would have known or gotten his name !! But he definitely was patient and kind to me !Would go there again for sure! Maybe this time I'll actually sit down and eat something there!! Read more
I wouldn't waste your time going to this IHOP. I am a door dash driver & I have had orders to pick up from this location but... getting anyone to notice you is a joke. I stood there for 30min watching flocks of people who were waiting to be seated walkout. There were only two servers & neither one of them took the time to acknowledge not one person in their waiting area. I havehad NOTHING but issues with this location. I felt so bad for the employees. There was only one cook the night I went (it was like 2 am) and they must have had such mad... people. There was a lot of waiting around and our table wasn't really cleaned off all the way but the staff were so chill andlike I felt so bad for them. I hope they get more employees here soon and that they make enough money to stay! Read more
Our experience at HIP HOP (my youngest calls it) was spectacular. Food tasted amazing and the service done by (MERISSA) was... great. The waitress also played a joke on my daughter and it made the experience that much better. Awesome blossom! Read more
This location is in a great spot, but I'll be honest, I wasn't sure that they were open. Although it states they are a 24/7... location, the outside windows have all white vinyl covering them, no advertisements and the sign wasn't on. . . Inside, thislocation was far more than I ever thought it was. LOTS of space and you do NOT feel crammed in like other locations. When wewent in on a Friday around 4:45pm, we were the only ones. Nice and cool on a super-hot day but a little bit of an odd smell thatI can't put my finger on. The interior and d�cor are very new and looks great. Not sure where the bathroom was, as I didn'task, but didn't stand out like it does in other locations.. Anyway, service was good. Food was OK. The waitress kept our waterfilled, so the service wasn't bad. I said the food was alright and she didn't question it. I didn't push it - I just wanted towalk across the parking lot to Cinnaholic for dessert. I was never asked how my burger should be cooked but they specialize inpancakes, so I was just glad my burger wasn't a hockey puck. The BLT my daughter got pretty bad. I ended up cutting my burger inhalf and trading her half and half. WAY too much mayo on the BLT, lettuce was GROSS, and the bacon was so crispy that it justwasn't good. I added a photo to show the mayo and lettuce. I ended up scraping off half the mayo, taking off the lettuce andeating bacon and toast, as the tomato was mushy. Fries weren't great and tasted like the oil was old. I will say this locationsservice was about a million times better than the West Valley City location, but I still can't say I'd choose this location onpurpose in the future. Read more
This has been my worst restaurant experience in quite a while. Probably not the waitresses fault, but she was the only waitress... and also served as host and cashier. Apparently the cook was very new, but my order looked extremely sad compared to what waspromised by the menu description. I don't plan on going back to this location because of very slow/ inefficient service as wellas the fact that the food quality fell far beyond IHOP's standard. Read more
Ok everything was alright except that I felt they are a little bit pricey on the pancakes menus(?). Regardless, a classic... American chain and must visit at least once. If you have a sweet tooth you'll definitely like a variety of pancakes. Read more
The wait for food and seating is always so awful here because they're so understaffed. The server was amazing and just doing her... best though. Food didn't disappoint in taste, but the portions are smaller than expected. Read more
