I have been ordering from this location for 3+ years and have never really had any problem. Tonight me and my son ordered and... the super nice gal delivered and we sat down to eat and my Beach Club had no turkey- just cheese and veggies! It was crazybecause this has never happened before, I am sure they were busy! I called and the guy on the phone was nice and said he wouldget another sandwich sent out to me and it was pretty quick! If I could give negative stars I would! Absolute worst service I've ever experienced in my entire 43 years on God's green earth.... The person at the drive through was absolutely rude and said nothing but my total, ignoring questions I had regarding onlineorders. He/she threw my sandwiches into my hands, about dropping them and then slammed the window. No napkins. No lettuce orany other veggies reqested were included in our sandwiches. Review of the Delivery service only: Unfortunately this is the Second time in a row (both deliveries within a week) the... delivery person has set the food directly in front of the door which makes it impossible to get without knocking it over. Their service really is quite quick. I am a big fan of the number 17 on wheat bread. The only issue I have is that the... employees are required to ask if you want add on items to your sandwich and to make it a meal deal every time you order. Theyneed a code that let's them know you just want what you ordered and have already heard the company rhetoric. Read more
