Couldn't get the order right even though I ordered 4 hours ahead of time on their app. Ordered the crispy 8 piece variety meal.... Got part regular recipe and part crispy recipe. Staff was really kind. CHICKEN WAS SO DRY and sat under a heat lamp or something. It was literally jerky! We had already got on... the road and we are not from utah. It was like the scene from Christmas Vacation when they ate the turkey. Disgusting! They knewit when they put it in my 12 pc bucket! NEVER GO THERE AGAIN... We live 30 miles from the nearest KFC. My wife bought an eight piece bucket on 3/9/22 from the Milcreek, UT location and it was... absolutely dried out. Seemed like it had been under heat lamps for days. Worst meal ever and it wasn?t cheap. So disappointing. Read more
