Very dry chicken all the time. Cannot eat it at all. Needs to go away! I can get better chicken at better places.
Closed on Monday's all day. Dining room closed also, drive-thru and app carryout orders only, can't even place a to go order... over the counter. Obviously not interested in making money or providing good service at this location. Read more

Loving the new look of this store! Giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because: (1) they made a slight mistake in the order (went... there around 11:50 am)...gave me mashed potato instead of coleslaw even after I reminded them. (2) this location no longer hasthe "grilled" chicken option, only the "original" one :( Other than that, nice clean place to have some delicious chickens w/friendly service :) Read more

Doesn?t even deserve an 1 star. Huge line up front and employees won?t even greet customers. Everyone is just completely ignored... and no one took my order until I screamed asking for someone to take my order. Definitely not a fast? food place, more ofan?SLOW? food place. Do not recommend.
