Really great spot for Filipino food! I'd been wanting to try this place for a while and finally ordered take-out off Grubhub.... The curse of Grubhub struck again. When I arrived, I had to wait for over ten (!!) minutes as a couple placed a big cateringorder. Other staff members came and went from the kitchen but no one acknowledged my presence. Finally, I was able to explainwhy I was there. It was clear they had not started making my order. I waited a few more minutes and my food was brought tome. The restaurant is simply appointed but has a variety of Filipino groceries for sale. They have a wide variety of Filipinoand other dishes and smoothies. I tried the lechon kawali with garlic fried rice and a fried egg. The fried rice and egg werepretty good. The meat and sauce were excellent. I'm sure the rest of their menu is likely as good. The food was of a highquality. Unfortunately, the ordering experience was really slow and inefficient. They should not be accepting Grubhub orders ifthey do not have a way of processing them. Stopped by since I had a class down the street. Not only were they accommodating but they made sure I understood the menu and... what I was purchasing. Food was hot and fresh and made it feel like mama's cooking. Definitely would recommend! Read more
The food was so yummy. Flavorful hot and delicious. Their garlic rice with egg on it was delicious. Pork belly was crispy,... lumpia was crispy and delicious. We tried the pork soup and it’s one of the best soups i’ve ever had. Sour and delicious andthe pork belly in the soup just dissolves in your mouth it’s so soft. Absolutely delicious. If you want good Filipino food, this is the place to be! I am a Filipino myself and their food is absolutely delicious, lutong... bahay indeed! Felt very homey! I would recommend it to everyone that wants to try our cuisine. I had the sisig, adobo, sinigangand mung bean soup and they were all great. Place looks very nice. The youngman who answered my call & took my order is awsome. Thai boba was 5/4, it had fruity jelly &... some boba I only requested boba. the halo halo was 5/3, it was watered down a bit & had no coconut shreds. Pork belly was good,garlic rice was awsome, teriyaki salmon was awsome. The lumpia was a sad ok, small & small burnt flavor, the Pansit was sad, itwas very light on flavor. Read more
This is where you would go when you want a nostalgic feeling of a legit restaurant in the Philippines. The Filipino foods and... drinks are spot on--it felt like we were in back in PH. The place was clean, and the server was super nice and friendly. I missbangus! Read more
If you want real great authentic Filipino food this is the place to go. I travel all over the country and I have tried Filipino... food every I go. Hands down this is the best I have had since my grandmother passed away 10 years ago. I promise you will notregret it. I make it a point to come here every time I'm here for work no matter what part of Utah I'm in. 10/8/22 Back in Utahagain and like I said in my previous review I always make it a point to stop here for somgreat authentic Filipino food. I didn'teat all day because I was looking forward to eating here today. Plan on ordering extra food for later on tonight. Food was justas good as the first time.
