Ordered lo mein combo meal, with pork & beef meat. It came with chicken & beef instead. Still tasted good though, will recommend... the lo mein. But the ham fried rice is overcooked & tasteless. With the wok, they supposedly able to cook better fried rice. Read more

Singapore noodles were surprisingly good! They had shrimp and pork in case anyone is wondering what protein comes in them. ... Shredded carrots and green onions also. Good flavor and the right amount of curry spice. Really big portion and large shrimp. Order was delivered quickly. I ordered with door dash, despite the bad reviews, based on location and hours. Pleasantlysurprised. Really good! Read more

We were told 10-15 minutes for a pickup order. Waited at least 30-40. Lots of food but pretty low quality. Shrimp pan fried... noodles = flavorless shrimp + veggies in soupy sauce and dry noodles + rice on the side? Shrimp egg foo young did not seem tohave egg in it. Pancakes were buried under the same soupy sauce/mixture that came with the other meal. Won’t be back. Read more

We ordered a simple plate of roast duck/char siu. Car siu was very dry and tasted old. Hard to chew and swallow. We ordered... under the egg fu yung the shrimp fu yong. No trace of eggs but a mushy slop of noodle and rice. See photo. That was on thebottom of shrimp/veggies with sauce. The mush was burnt too and not edible. We threw $29 down the drain. Please serve decentfood. If we lived nearby we would have brought your food back for you to see and smell. Rating zero stars! Read more

The Chinese food is amazing. Some of the best I’ve ever had. I thought the east coast had the best Chinese food, but this... place takes the cake. Truly a hidden gem. The first time I went here I had sweet and sour pork and it was so good. Then I forgotwhere this place was and google maps wouldn’t show it for some reason when I searched Chinese Food, but they show all theother places. I got lucky I found it again, it was hidden in google maps as a little dot that you had to click to see. Anyways, this time I had the egg noodle roast pork lo mein. Beats all the other lo mein I’ve had had on the east coast. Good job. Read more

Decided to take the risk and come here having read all the recent reviews, and wanted to write an honest, legitimate review. I... have no idea what some people are talking about, this place is quite good! Not many options in SLC for Chinese food, so it waseither this or Panda Express, and I'm glad we went here. To be honest, this place is clearly pretty old and dingy and not in thebest location, so it can seem a little sketchy, (particularly at night). We went for it anyway, and the guy up front was superfriendly and personable. The wait wasn't too long, and the food was perfectly good. We got the chicken lo mein and I did theTwo Barbecue on rice (with soy chicken and cha siu). The cha siu was very good! And the chicken was silky and juicy (if you'renot used to traditional soy chicken you might not like the cut because you have to be careful of the bone pieces). It came withbok choi as well, it was all tasty and very good Cantonese style dish. My only complaint would be the rice was a little dry orperhaps not very fresh, but everything else was good. The lo mein was also good and has the kind of thinner noodles, and comeswith bean sprouts. Price is super reasonable, so obviously don't come expecting something gourmet or the best food ever - butportions were good and it was all perfectly tasty. I'm glad we went for it despite the exterior appearance and bad reviews, thisplace seems very genuine and has good Chinese food. Granted, I can't compare it to the previous ownership because I've neverbeen here before. I am from the Seattle area where there are excellent family owned Chinese restaurants all over the city, andmy mom is Chinese and a great cook, so I wanted to write an objective review. For being one of the few options here, and such areasonable price, this place isn't bad at all and I would come here again. Read more
