1 star only because I had to put one star in order to write this post... I have always loved Liza's Pizza till today. The gal... who answered was horrible.. "Build your own" Does NOT mean build YOUR own choices.. I have always gotten the garlic butter andpizza sauces on my pizza, today she said NO NO NO NO.. Then it was NO NO NO to most cheeses as well. My guess is this locationwill not be around much longer with the kind of service we got today. It's sad. Read more
I love Litza's Pizza! I have been coming here since I was a little girl (let's just say more than 30 but less than 60 years... OK?!) Family-owned business with really great food that has stayed true to its roots. Absolutely fantastic garlic bread, bluecheese dressing, pizza, spaghetti, lasagna, and much much more. Seriously, my favorite place for garlic bread! It brings backwonderful memories of visits with my uncle, but I'd still go here just for the food! Read more
Pizza was great! Crust sort of New York style, chewy and crispy. Ground sausage was amazing. We did the family meal deal and we... were all full when we left. Sidenote... Not sure what all these reviews about towing and parking are about, we had zero issues.We will be back! Thank you Litza's. Read more
For my sons graduation we took him and his 35 friends to eat here. The server Maria was helpful, she kept all the orders... straight and the wait was reasonable. I liked they allowed us to site and visit, a very relaxing meal. Read more
Disgusting! Who puts a pound of olives on a pizza, steps back and thinks: ?this is going to be delicious?? Notice the back of... the slice that looks grey and doughy? That is PURE GREASE soaked into the crust. The pepperoni tasted like wet dog smells. Itook the toppings off a single slice so you could get a sense of how many olives are on it. If you love olives, crust likegrease soup, and gastrointestinal distress?then Litzas is your jam! Read more
The pizza tasted great, but we had no sauce on either of our pizza. When we called to ask if we needed to do something... additional in the ordering process to have sauce on the pizza, they said it should have come with sauce. There was no apology oroffer for compensation for the mistake; the employee on the phone just said, ?Hm, that?s weird.? EDIT: Upon furthercontemplation, I just realized that the lack of sauce could be due to the fact that I ordered garlic sauce with the pizzas. WhatI intended when I ordered that was to have garlic sauce on the crust or on the side. But it?s still weird that there was nooffer for help or clarification from the employees. So heads up for anyone who orders online and wants garlic sauce with theirpizza. It may just end up being the sauce on your whole pizza? Read more
Love Litzas! Super cute and clean. Lots of tables. Service was great and quick. They have lots of different pizza sizes and... options. We ordered 4 small pizzas for 5 people and shared and that was more than enough, we had left overs. Parking was alittle tricky, but there was a lot going on in Salt Lake that night, so it was just busy. Read more
Im a SLC native and have been to Litzas before?like 30 years ago but was trying to find a new spot for great pizza other than... our favs. Didn?t think it was that good long ago and thought it was worth a try. Despite all the lists they are on as ?bestpizza? they are NOT anything special! Bland, boring and more expensive than most pizza places so don?t bother giving it a try. Read more
