One of the worst McDonald?s locations I?ve ever gone through. This is the closest location to where I live so you?d think it... would be convenient. Definitely not. The staff must be so slow or lazy because I have waited in the drive through line multipletimes for over 30 minutes. I should learn my lesson but I always think ?maybe this time they will be quicker? yeah no. Theynever are. One night I stopped by when there were no cars waiting. Thought ?great it?ll be in and out this time? yeah no tothat as well. I waited at the speaker for a couple minutes before I had to say ?Hello??? Someone answered back ?we are closedfor stocking? or something like that. I was so frustrated. I drove to a different location and on my way back I saw that therewas a new line and they were back to helping people. Coming from a huge McD's fan, this location has substandard food and service. Fries are always chewy and lukewarm with a... negligible amount of salt. Sandwiches are acceptable, but somehow miss the mark compared to other McDonalds. Staff tend to bedisengaged to the point of apathy at any cordial interaction I try to have with them. It's never a pleasant experience withstaff or the food they prepare. Read more
I placed my to go order via the kiosk in the restaurant. A couple of minutes later, they called my number, and I picked up the... bag from the counter. I had no other interaction with the staff, so I can't comment to that, but the place was clean and thefood was what I expected. It would've been nice to have been thanked by a member of the staff. I'm an Amazon Driver and I stopped here on my lunch break, 11/25 at 3pm, to use the restroom and get food. Upon entering the... restroom, 2 cleaning ladies were standing there, no signs were up or anything. So I politely asked if they were done, and one ofthe women very rudely yelled at me, "We're not done yet!". So I walked straight out, used the restroom at the maverick next doorand I have no intention of ever returning to this location. Read more
