Late night stop for my Son he needed to eat after work. One of the only places open after 10 pm in SOUTH SALT LAKE. fast and... efficient we got thru the drive in in just minutes. No mistakes and included sauce for the nuggets. (Usually forgot at otherplaces) The food is McDonald?s and really hard to mess up. The employees are friendly and fast. I went to the McDonalds drive thru this morning and the guy that was taking my order yelled at me through the Intercom and was... so rude. I pulled up to the window and he made sure to rip the bottom of my receipt so I wouldn?t get his name. And they gave memy frappe half filled with just whip cream, I told the worker and she rolled her eyes and walked away. I went inside and talkedto someone else and got my full refund instead. With that kinda attitude and being careless, I?m not surprised if they spit inpeoples food. Good thing I got my refund back. Oh AND I got the store # and the guy (Fernando) and girl?s name. Apparently it?s acceptable to sell a $5 chicken sandwich with bread, chicken and 2 pickles. No mayo, no ketchup, just the very... basics. I went to the McDonald?s after our dentist appt and the lady at the counter was rude and impatient. I ordered 6 valuehamburgers and 2 value chicken sandwiches. She rudely told me that they no longer have value sandwiches and said the chickenones were $5 now. The rest of the order was 3 large fries and 9 waters. When I got my total, it was $40!!! $40! We don?t go outoften so I was like wow I wonder what could have been so much and wondered if I miscalculated. I didn?t dare to ask the ladybecause she was already being impatient with me. I got my receipt and she charged me a dollar per water. I was like woah holdup. I didn?t know you charged for water now. And she?s like yep we do. So she gives me 9 huge cups and I was like? these are forlittle kids. Can I get the small water cups? She was like uhhhh let me get a manager. ?She wants to change her order.? I wasconfused. I just wanted smaller waters. So when the manager came over I was like wow when did you guys start charging for water?Then the rude lady said ?you asked for 9 LARGE waters so that?s what I got you.? I didn?t in fact ask for 9 large waters. Whywould I order 9 large for little kids? Anyways, I don?t know if they are trying to nickel and dime you for everything butMcDonald?s no longer has value sandwiches and they no longer care about you as a customer so go somewhere else. Sad! Cuz we usethis place as a fun ?once in a great while? play lunch. But, they?ve lost my business. I was NOT impressed to say the least. Oh,I forgot one more thing. Their hamburgers that are no longer value sandwiches are the thinnest and smallest hamburgers I?ve everseen. So they?ve shrunk your sandwiches, taken off your condiments and doubled their prices. I called to ask a simple question and got no simple answer. Night staff here at this location are lazy and rude . You don?t just... answer the phone with ?Hello? ummm excuse me you work at McDonald?s maybe you should answer the phone ?McDonald?s how can I Helpyou?? Also I ask what time the lobby closes and I get the response of 5 pm and I ask why and I get told ?Because that?s when itcloses!? It would have been much easier to say ?I am sorry we are short staffed? or maybe the previous reviews are truthful!!! This locations staff during the day are all amazing!! Great service. However it?s a completely different once the night shift... starts. Rude and lazy I never have an issue getting ice cream For my kids during the day. At night I have never been able toorder it. Every since time they say it?s broke or they are out of ice cream. I get either situation may happen once in awhile,but not every time. So if you go to this location during the day, I say their amazing. Don?t bother going if it?s after 6pm orso. I was driving home from a long day at work. I was quite hungry and perhaps having a bit of low blood sugar. I saw the Golden... arches and immediately decided a burger would be great. After all, McDonald's has pretty good burgers for a decent price. Iplaced my order, which due to finicky tastse buds, was perhaps confusing. I corrected the young lady taking my order and allseemed to be on track. Everything went well, it did take a bit of time but when one has low blood sugar time isn't normal Atlast, I received my order and started to leave. In anticipation of my delicious meal I decided to dive right in. Lo and beholdthe order was wrong!!! Disaster. I tried to go into the lobby but it was closed. So I stood behind the next car in line torectify the situation. I got to the window and explained the situation. A young man took the burger back and told the cookshow to fix it. I went back to my car to wait and enjoy those wonderful fries while they were still hot. Time does its trickand I have finished my fries. Still no burger ???? . I decided to cut my losses so I called to talk to a manager. I was toldthey were too busy to help me . I should call in the morning, or call corporate. I told the gentleman I was going to cancelthe order. Just refund my card. He responded with "don't talk to me that way. Wow. This experience was uncomfortable. I went through the drive through, and while I was ordering, the guy interrupted me and... said " Yeah, second window." It was super jarring and awkward. When I got to the window, they just stared at me and wouldn't sayanything. I don't know if I've ever been more uncomfortable in the drive-thru in my entire life. Food was fine. ???? Read more

Maybe this is becoming the new normal(?) but every time I go in (when the drive thru lines are long) there is nobody working the... register for ordering. There are kiosks to order from if you don't mind sticking your fingers into other people's grossfingerprints, but even then they often don't spit out receipts... so 1) you don't know what your order number is and 2) if yourequire a receipt, there isn't one.
