The wait is consistently wrong. They get my order wrong every single time. Sometimes they ask two or three times what I ordered... and it's still wrong. They have to throw away the wrong orders! The lady at the drive thru window had more salt in her attitude than the fries she gave me. This 5$ Quarter pounder was cold and... peaked. I was sorely disappointed with my visit. This place currently has poor management. The staff is rude and impatient, they're getting orders wrong and arguing with the... customer instead of listening. The facility is less clean then most. All the ordering machines are closed, mobile ordering appis not functioning and I've been waiting 15 minutes to order after 2 people have come over to try and help me and disappeared.Never seen a location this dysfunctional and it's not even that busy.. Two combos. That?s all we mobile ordered. Pulled up to 2nd window, as directed, then they gave our order to the car at the 1st... window. Minor mix up, but with all the confusion one of our drinks was missed. We didn?t realize it until we pulled forward, sowe backed up alongside the car now at the window and called out about the drink. The older woman at the window told us that wewere lying and yelled at us to leave when the young woman came to the window, recognized us and agreed that we needed one moredrink. This enraged the older woman who who yelled at us again, but we?re not sure what she said. By this time, we?d finishedour burgers and decided to get back in line for sundaes. As we pulled up to the pickup window, the older lady lost her $&!+ andrefused to hand us our sundaes until a younger guy stepped up to pass them to us. I haven?t laughed that hard in a while! Came here for a quick bite and ended up waiting almost 40 minutes for food I couldn?t eat. Clear the staff runs the place very... poorly. The person taking my order sounded like they were talking into the microphone from across the room so I couldn?tunderstand a thing, ordered my two items and at the window found he had put it in as a meal (ok sure, not a big deal), wasn?tasked what drink so figured someone would ask at food window. Paid, then was asked if I paid (???) again after the first guydisappeared. I was then asked what my order was at the second window and was handed stone cold food that was not edible, arandom drink, and random sauces. Don?t go to this location ever if you can help it.
