I?m my SLC wanderings, and having loved the cafe that preceded Nomad, I decided it was time to trade breakfast for dinner. The... same familiar spot is now home to a delicious pizza and salad spot. I?m not sure where Nomad east comes from, but as a fellownomad, I did drive east from downtown to arrive here? the food was delicious and reasonably priced, service fantastic and quick;an all around great establishment for a light meal. Some of the best Neapolitan style pizza we?ve had in Utah. (my wife almost preferred it to the ones we had in Italy!) we got a... wedge salad, Roni Boy pizza, and Pretty in pink pizza. The hot honey & stracciatella were amazing. Plenty of food for 2 people -can probably get away with splitting 3 pizzas for 4 people depending on what appetizers you get. Read more
Had an amazing lunch experience here! Got there a bit early so was able to be seated on the patio. It was lovely outside. I... recommend getting a reservation or coming early because it definitely fills up quickly. The food was out of this world! I hadthe opportunity to try the hummus and the Hawaii 2.5 pizza. Everything had amazing flavor and was well balanced. Perfect portionsizes for getting multiple things to try and sharing among your table. The service was also excellent! The pizza and salads here are soo good! I got the pretty n pink with sausage and loved it! Their chocolate dessert is expensive... for what you get, but it is so rich and does taste really good. The hummus and pita appetizer is also very yummy! Read more
Nomad East was lovely! The decor was cool, the service was great, and the food was delicious. Make sure to make a reservation... beforehand. Their pizzas change with the season. We loved the Children of the Corn pizza and the cheese platter. It was about$60 for two of us (including tip). We didn't get drinks though. Read more
LOVED their pizza! The smoked salmon salad was easily one of the best salads I?ve ever had! And the pizza?s were very delicious!... We got a ham and pineapple pizza which isn?t normally a go to, but was surprisingly delicious with the hot honey! The otherpizza was equally if not more delicious!! Make sure to make reservations if you can, it?s a small place and fills up quickly ona Friday night. I also love the ambiance of the restaurant! Perfect for date night! Read more
Delicious! We got the Pretty in Pink and the Hawaii 5-0. Would definitely recommend the the Pretty in Pink, the Hawaii 5.0 was... great, we?d probably try something different next time. Minor complaint, cook the pizza for maybe a minute less. We found thepizzas to just be slightly overdone. Overall, great experience, great atmosphere, will definitely be coming back! Read more
