Placed my to go order at 5:26 and finally got my food at 5:58. That's a 32 minute wait for a pesto cavatappi and a penne rosa,... with 4 other people in front of me, who had similar sized orders. Read more

I had a terrible experience at this location tonight. I waited 20 min in line (there were only 3 people ahead of me). The... employees were taking care of the online orders, without taking any orders from customers who were in the restaurant. Finally,after I ordered, it took 30 min to get my order. When I got home my order was not correct (wrong dishes were included). And, Igot one of my dishes completely burnt!!! Please see the picture. Awful. This location needs some serious management involved.And, the owe me and my family dinner!!! I will be going back tomorrow to talk to someone there. This is unacceptable!!!!! Read more
