I had a terrible experience at this location tonight. I waited 20 min in line (there were only 3 people ahead of me). The... employees were taking care of the online orders, without taking any orders from customers who were in the restaurant. Finally,after I ordered, it took 30 min to get my order. When I got home my order was not correct (wrong dishes were included). And, Igot one of my dishes completely burnt!!! Please see the picture. Awful. This location needs some serious management involved.And, the owe me and my family dinner!!! I will be going back tomorrow to talk to someone there. This is unacceptable!!!!! Read more
Always a disappointment at this location. They take way too long to make your food, and they slapped this on their LOCKED doors... at 7:30pm. If you?re going to close early at least honor your own sign? Read more
I usually go to a different location, but I was in the neighborhood so I went to this one in Salt Lake. I have been there a few... times, and it is usually fine, but this most recent visit was terrible. I ordered to go so I didn't find out until I was alreadyhome that they completely botched the main dish. They included chicken I didn't want and broccoli I didn't like, but neglectedto include any sort of seasoning. It was like the noodles were cooked and put straight into my bowl with nothing else. No salt we go to order they where friendly. But go to get a seat and dirty bowls every where nothing cleaned up or wiped off.... drink area trashed and nasty looking. Floors haven't been kept up on. Got my Mac and cheese with pulled pork bowl is dirty onthe outside like it hasn't been washed food was cold not even luke warm. The guy in the other table I could see the steam comingoff of his food. Was really looking forward to my thia noodles. But it's so bad. Noodles are hard. Barely any sauce, tofu is burnt and the taste... is off, also ordered Mongolian bowl for the kiddo. Meat is gristle, mushroom went cooked, noodles are off and no sauce. I havethrown away 2 meals today. Unexceptable Read more
