Over ten minute wait for an online order and the two employees working at 9:00 PM just left the order sitting there for even... longer after it was completed. There was literally one party of four dining in and one other person waiting on an order. Theyoung girl with black hair and piercings was incredibly rude when giving me the order. If I'm waiting over ten minutes for anonline order when the store is nearly dead, the least your employees can do is be nice to your customers. Terrible service andemployees. The entire Noodles and Company company itself has a horrendous customer service problem. Read more
I was super disappointed with this place. The woman who rang me hardly said a word to me and the staff completely forgot about... me. I walked up to the front and asked about my order and then they had it out in less then 5 minutes. I wasted 20 minuteswaiting in the lobby for food that was lack luster. I regret not just going to Panda Express where the food is better anddelivered faster. Read more

Not a great place to get vegan food. Nothing was labeled and the staff didn't seem to know what could be made vegan. With so... many possibilities there should be a vegan menu. My daughters order of spaghetti/ tofu first came out with meatballs and cheesewhich we ask to not be on it, just tofu. They forgot her apple slices and we had to ask for her drink. All the kids high chairswere dirty. They we're slow too only ones in the dinning room. The udon and spaghetti noodles were under cooked, the broccoliwas nearly raw. Servers showed NO INTEREST in customer. We tried to order the family meal to which the server said it was not available at this... location. It was available online and we strongly suspect the server just did not want to make all of the pastas. We ordered thefamily meal online and then when we got home we discovered the garlic bread, and a pasta were missing. There was no number tocall or support to help when we tried to have our order made or refunded. Would NOT recommend this location until this is maderight. Paid 40 dollars for a family meal in which HALF was missing due to laziness. We even TIPPED which i strongly wish I couldtake back. Read more
Awesome eating experience. I love them noodles. The cashier liked Naruto, so that was a big plus.
Rather disappointed that we paid $3 extra for this ?grilled chicken?. Its super dry, gristly, and obviously microwaved at least... once? other than that the food was good, but at least give us eddible chicken for paying extra. We literally cant eat thechicken, it just left grease stains on the mac n cheese. Always check if you got chicken here to make sure its up to foodquality expectations, at least a bit. I did leave a 20% tip as i do everywhere i go. Read more
Quality of the food is generally inconsistent, but leaning towards good. Also bonus points for the staff being very cool, and... remedying mistakes that happen quite promptly. Read more
