The service at this P.F. Chang's franchise was REALLY AMAZING. They also offer Gluten free cooking and solutions for those who... have allergies and celiacs. The food was really great with a good atmosphere! Parking is pretty easy to find as well. Read more

First off, let me confess that PF Chang’s version of the dish Mongolian Beef is my favorite ever and I’ve tried many... versions from different restaurants all over the country. I travel for work and I have ordered delivery from many PF Chang’sand I must say that Salt Lake’s branch is my fave. I think their cooks are better than other branches. This place inparticular is my first PF Chang experience in the country, first impression really lasts! PS- Singapore Street Noodles would bebetter with less tomatoes because right now it’s more Italian with them than being an asian dish. Read more

Service here are awesome and they are consistent for all locations. The food was very blend for us and fried rice need more... flavoring but the miso salmon was great and portion are huge. The sizzling shrimp dumpling is great and highly recommended. Read more

We come here every time my grandparents are in town. We love it here. Making reservations online is the easiest process. They... always get us seated and served very quick. There were a few things I noticed this time that weren't bad things necessarily justthings I didn't really care for. The music was way too loud. For people a little further in their years they couldn't have aconversation. We were practically yelling across our table. Then with the Entree you can choose brown or white rice or pay extrafor fried rice or lo mean noodles. We got the noodles and I'm afraid that was a mistake. They are like Ramen noodles with allthe water drained from them with the seasoning on them. Nothing great. Not even the noodles themselves. Other than those littlethings....and of course parking. There isn't really super close that you don't have to pay 10.00 for. We usually park in theparking garage and walk but for someone that has trouble walking I would recommend dropping them off at the door and thenfinding parking. Kind of sucks that they got rid of their valet service. Now other than those things the experience was great. The service was incredible. Our waitress was a real sweetheart and made sure we had everything we needed all night. It's alwaysclean and the ambiance/lighting is always my favorite part. Read more

Food still decent (nothing spectacular, but yummy). Experience is mediocre to below average, and not even close to appropriate... for the price point. Restaurant was pretty thin on a Sunday night (no wait). Service was polite, but rushed throughout. Barely had time to pull-up the menu (QR code) when the server came to ask about drinks and then proceeded to ask on appetizers. We hadn’t seen the menu yet, but not our 1st trip so it was fine. Came back in a minute with kids sodas and waters for adultswaiting on bar orders and asked for our order. Told her we needed a but more time. Two minutes later she’s back and pressingfor our order again. We make some quick decisions and get dinner ordered. Appetizers arrive quickly and we enjoy. Just as wefinish, server is ready to put dinner on the table. We’re having family style on a small 4-top. Rather than clearing the big(and empty) appetizer plate in the middle, she squeezes dinner entrees onto the table. After I pick up the appetizer plate andhold it up/out of the way so she can get the last entree order on the table, she says, “oh, i can take that for you”… Aswe eat/drink/talk, she comes by no less than 3 times to ask if we need boxes and/or are we done. Each time she ignores emptyglasses (including bar drinks! see photo) even when we’re literally eating the ice cubes in the water glass… Of course, when we finally finish, she’s there 15 secs after the last bite goes down and johnny on the spot with the check. As we’resigning the check, she asks “is there anything else I can get you?” - still ignoring empty glasses in front of each person. Amazing. Not even an attempt to sell another bar round nevermind the basics like filling up waters. I get that you need toturn tables to make money, but we were there 39 minutes from start to finish… and there wasn't a soul waiting. Definitelyfelt rushed and service, while sorta competent and basically polite was distinctly impatient. Our server didn’t seem Read more

To the managers: please check your dish washer, water glasses were so poorly washed, we all felt slightly crusty outside of... those glasses, there were some pieces of noodles at the bottom of glass. The dynamite shrimp were not that crispy, soggy insauces. Chicken wrap weren't that great as used to be years ago, less chicken with more onions and water chestnut, a bit salty.Fried noodles had a oily taste, as they were months old. Calamari was alright, crispy but salty but i loved the wasabi dippingsauce and fried noodles were months old due to oily taste. Pepper steaks and Mongolian beef were salty, chewy and too dry, ifyou have no teeth then don't bother. Especially, Mongolian beef was served with raw green onions. Too much food for a group of6, no room to try sweet sour chicken and sea bass, but plum wine was the best of the night. We got no utensils after all disheswere laid on table, the flavor was not consistent as years ago, better taste at Panda Express for cheaper price. PF Chang hasgone down hill, it was my favorite spot in downtown, not anymore. Don't expect steamy hot food here. Read more

Okay. So I have secretly despised PF Chang for a very long time, considering it just a glorified Chinese take out place to fool... the none-Chinese people. Yesterday was the Chinese New Year and I was really craving for Duck. A friend told me PF Chang hasgood Peking Duck, and since I don’t know any other place in SLC where I can get Peking Duck, PF Chang here we go. I waspleasantly surprised that the food are actually pretty tasty! I really like the chicken lettuce wrap, granted it’s quitedifferent from the authentic lettuce wrap I’m used to in Taiwan, but it’s very light and refreshing. The KungPao Brusselsare also very yummy, but I really like the Peking Duck. It’s not necessary to die for but I definitely will come back just forthat. It’s a big plate with pancakes, fixing, and decent amount of duck meat. The meat is tender and flavorful and onceassembled, I was a happy camper. Other dishes do look just like glorified Chinese take out, the beef and broccoli, theChang’s chicken, etc, don’t think I will ever order that but the lettuce wrap and Duck is a winner.????????
