Estimated time of delivery 33-43 minutes. My order arrived 1 1/2 hours after the order was placed. I called the store at the... hour mark inquiring about delivery time, I was informed that my order was ready & waiting to be delivered. So at this point myorder had already been sitting under the heat lamps for more than 45 minutes. The guy on the phone told me it would be WARM whenI got it & that, that's what happens when you order from a pizza place. Are you serious?! When ordering pizza you expect freshhot pizza not warm pizza that has been sitting under a lamp. I'd get fresher, higher quality pizza buying the bottom shelf pizzaout of the freezer section at my local grocery stores. I won't be ordering from Papa John's again!
