Estimated time of delivery 33-43 minutes. My order arrived 1 1/2 hours after the order was placed. I called the store at the... hour mark inquiring about delivery time, I was informed that my order was ready & waiting to be delivered. So at this point myorder had already been sitting under the heat lamps for more than 45 minutes. The guy on the phone told me it would be WARM whenI got it & that, that's what happens when you order from a pizza place. Are you serious?! When ordering pizza you expect freshhot pizza not warm pizza that has been sitting under a lamp. I'd get fresher, higher quality pizza buying the bottom shelf pizzaout of the freezer section at my local grocery stores. I won't be ordering from Papa John's again! We ordered an extra large pizza with half the works and half a cheese pizza. For starters, they gave us a full the works pizza.... We had to wait an extra 35 minutes for them to make another pizza. Our pizza was cold and poorly cooked. The cheese pizza hadlittle to no sauce on it. Overall a terrible experience. Read more
Ordered pizza today once delivery order was placed it was a 2 hour wait for delivery. I called to cancel and was told the money... would not go back to my card for 3-5 business days. Wow you didn't even start making my order, took money from my account andwill not give it back for 3-5 days. The man on the phone as rude when i asked why it would take so long. He cut me off andabruptly ended the call. Will not order from this location ever again. Read more
Decent pizza? terrible service. If it wasn?t good pizza it would have been one star. I work construction and ordered some... pizzas for our crews and was told a 1 hour delivery. 15-20 minutes after it was supposed to arrive I?m told it will be another15-20 minutes. I was told ?sorry we had several orders who had given more notice?. Even if I didn?t place the order with asmuch advance as others if they can?t deliver in an hour they shouldn?t have said they could. Read more
