To start ,I love Pinned. But this time I went the girl had no idea how to make a cappuccino. I asked for it to be dry. When I... received it it was just a breve. There was no foam at all with a ton of milk. I took it back and told her what the problem was.Her response was, "i didnt know what you wanted". Instead of asking what a dry cappuccino is, she just made a drink. The seconddrink was the same thing as the first. Not a cappuccino. I still love Pinned, and i know it's difficult to find people that wantto work these days but the people should be experienced enough to know how to make the most basic drink in all the land. She wasvery sweet and made my drink twice. So i thank her for that. This is not an attack on her. Maybe her training was just lacking? Read more
