It's a decent restaurant/bar. They have a fairly extensive menu. They have many vegan and vegetarian options. The food and... drinks were good and the server was attentive. Plan on parking somewhere along state Street since they do not have a parkinglot. Read more
Our friends love the trivia nights at Piper Down and introduced us to their $1.25 mimosas and brunch (which quickly turned into... our group getting $15 bottles of champagne in stead. ?????????) Best Iris restaurant in Utah, food is to die for! Place is huge inside with Live music, 3 different bars, a second floor and the... best customer Service, chef in the kitchen has been the same guy for over 16 yrs, so you know you food will be consistent! Ihad the Irish Stew Dinner (see picture) but their Manu is huge with vegan options. Prices are actually cheaper than most pub/bars, and on top of that they also have a daily special for about half of the price you would pay on a regular day. Came here for Sunday night trivia and had a lot of fun. Good food and extensive vegan menu. Good atmosphere inside and loved the... Irish pub theme, only complaint was that they should serve more Irish beer options. While looking for another business we saw the Piper Down Pub and went in to check it out; what a nice place. We did not order... off the menu, since we had just had lunch. The menu looked very appetizing. The bar staff was helpful and friendly. BTW it is abar that has food, which means you do not have to order food to have a drink. Read more
Love Piper Down! It's been a while since I had been in but it was as I remembered it. The food was great and service was... excellent. I highly recommend the Ruben potato skins, churros, and the Liquid Marijuana. If you haven't been before make sureyou check their Facebook for events (live music, poker, etc). Read more
