Food was good, but there are issues with this store. Manager was discipling the employees in front of customers. The employees... seemed very lackluster; not wanting to be there. One employee was sick and using bare hands to handle ingredients (manager wasberating the employee about whether they were going to go to the ER or not). I can't order from here anymore. They use DOORDASH and neither party takes responsibility for making sure all items are there. I... pay an almost 5 dollar delivery fee and then pay the dasher anywhere from 3 to 6 dollar tip. 8 out of 10 times they don'tdeliver something or its the wrong item. Its usually the drinks. which are basically ordered to meet the minimum ordering fee.I ordered 3 items and its on the paper but manage to get 2. Then the Dasher wants me to call the store who doesn't answer theirphone and when they do, get confused about why something is missing. I'm not sure if its just poor service or the dasherenjoying a "free" item. But there's no way to hold either accountable. The drinks are 8 for 4 so I'm out 8 dollars and theadditional money for delivery I didn't receive. I'm too exhausted to keep calling for a refund. I will just stop ordering fromthem. Read more

I have an order confirmation at 11:20 am. The next text I received at 11:27 stated my order was out for delivery. The next text... at 11:52 states that the order will be delivered by door dash at 12:15. I called the store at 12:21 to ask about the order. Iwas told "the fire was out" and the wings were just now being put into the oven. I asked why I was told the order was out fordelivery an hour ago, but the wings have not even been cooked yet. The person on the phone told me they do not know why I wastold the order was out for delivery. She then asked if I would like to speak with the Manager. I said yes. When the manger goton the phone, they explained that the fire was out, and they could not get the wings into the oven. The order would be completein a couple of minutes and then would be handed to the door dash driver. I asked why the order was an hour late from when I wastold it was out for delivery. The manager got short with me and said there is nothing they could do about the fire being out. Isaid I would like to cancel the order in the same tone I received. The manager said OK and then hung up on our conversation. Idid not receive my food and I was still charged the $49.72. So, either Door Dash or Pizza Hut stole from me. I am tellingeveryone I know about that store location. Edit - 10/26/2022 - The Store manager contacted me and offered an apology and arefund. The issues described above happened on Saturday 10/22/22 I left the review on Tuesday 10/25/22 and the manager calledme that same day and made it right with an apology and a refund. I am still waiting for the refund to show on my credit card butI feel like the manager did honestly try and resolve the issue. Read more

Horrible customer service. Took a while to be greeted and they had initially trouble finding my order. Then they said it was in... the oven and be a few more minutes. 15 minutes later they asked me if I had an order that was completely wrong. They looked andadmitted they never even began my order. I explained it was suppose to be ready 15 minutes ago. I understood the situationalcircumstances but next time this happens please be honest with the customers and don?t waste our time. I made an order for my family at about 6:50 PM for the family dinner platter, with a delivery time of 40 to 50 min. Fine. Great.... 60 min later nothing, 70 min later nothing, 90 min later??. Called store and hung up on?.. called again? hung up on?. Calledagain hung up again hung up on?? called again pressed 1 for ?order? someone answered, told them my pizza hasn?t arrived?? puton hold?. 20 min then hung up on?.. again. Still now it?s 830 and no pizza can?t call them because they close at 8. Guess the 53dollars I was charged can be dealt with tomorrow? f?,! Me right. This is ridiculous. Why charge me? Pizza never got here. I justgot pizza from little Caesar?s instead and it?s here, I?m hungry. This location suuuuuuucks. Read more

If i could give zero stars that is exactly what i would do. The manager here is horrible. She took my online order and made... the meal and gave an estimated deliver of 30 min. 45 minutes later she informed me it was in the warmer and she was waiting fordoordash to confirm the order. I placed this online with pizza hut not doordash. She then i formed me that they were shut downand barely reopened but have no delivery drivers. Well explain to me why you offer deliver and not just carry out or informyour customers you use a 3rd party instead and deliver time is not guaranteed. So i decided to cancel the order and request arefund also informing her i will be using domino's or other competitors instead. She said "okay great" and hung up on me. It was easy to order my food online. The delivery person was very friendly and helpful. I love how our food was hot and I love... how they have a 4 pack deal with 20oz drinks, I have 3 boys which always argues over what drink to get with our pizza, so it wasnice they each got they own drink.
