Went today around 1pm. I don?t know how much they make here and maybe the employees feel they are treated unfairly? Who knows.... But all the employees were eating in the corner of the restaurant (different food from another restaurant) when we arrived, andthey continued to eat while we stood there waiting to pay. We ordered a hand made lemonade and the employee took the order andsat back down to eat. My boyfriend eventually walked over to her and said ?can we please get the lemonade? and then she made it.We also overheard two men speaking to them saying they had a big order that was missing half the food and the staff didn?t seemto care very much. Overall the staff seemed annoyed by customers, indifferent and unprofessional. Very young too. So it was abummer, because I love the food. From my experience the price is about the same as a massive chain, but the food i much nighter quality. The location I frequent... is fast with very courteous staff. I usually got for the pepperoni pizza and their Caesar salad with chicken. Read more
This was really good. The Pera is delicious. So unique and refreshing on a hot summer day when I was craving pizza without it... being too heavy. Diet Coke on tap! Clean bathrooms for single occupancy. Read more
Love the pizza, but service is consistently terrible. I came in 10 minutes before they close at 9:00 and they told me they were... closed (the door was open and there were lots of people eating inside). I have to admit the crust and balsamic glaze on the caprese pie was pretty darn good. I didn?t care much for the beef steak... tomato slices that were added after the bake; they were just too big and they weren?t cut so it made it hard to eat. Also theydidn?t taste the best - call me spoiled with my organic tomatoes I?m used too. Honestly nothing that really makes this placestand out for me...it?s a typical setup just like Pieology or MOD pizza but at least those guys have gluten free and cauliflowercrust options. Read more
Always order from them and I like food.but today I order delivery at the time they was almost closing(7pm). And they brought me... 2 sad looking pizzas. It is few leaves of basil and crust look like someone took a dough and just throw in the over. Honestly itis not that I expect at all and it is not product that I had before.it is very sad to realize that they don't care aboutcustomers then it is almost time to close. Read more
