A WARNING to anyone looking to dine here with a large group! Firstly, the food was not impressive; since we were a larger party... we had a limited menu. The Alfredo was good, steak was dry and burnt, salmon was basic, appetizers good although. Biggest foodcomplaint being there was hardly a spec of seasoning anywhere, super dull flavoring. Now why you should not come here with aparty. We were a party of 20. We were lied to about multiple things, complete miscommunication on the restaurant’s end. Wewere charged for salads that we were told were optional(half of us didn’t eat them which is why we asked them to be optional, total waste of money). Although we told the coordinator, waiter, and restaurant as a whole we NEEDED the bill split person toperson which was confirmed when making the reservation we were denied it and they refused to fix it. Leaving our solo familymember with the EXTENSIVE bill they were not prepared for, forcing us into chaos. Also know that this restaurant requiresparties to tip 20% and a minimum of $29 per person which is absurd and unreasonable with their quality of service. Our waiterwas frazzled the entire time, in a horrible mood, and half our food came out luke-warm. They increase the pricing of your“special” menu by $10 for the exact same food as the normal menu and this was kept secret to us til the end. Our group didnot receive any special treatment, the only reason for their expensive menu is greed, be aware. I would not recommend thisrestaurant. Go to Olive Garden. Read more

What was supposed to be a nice family dinner became a complete disaster. Un-Attentive Server(Chris B) took ~20mins to refill... drinks and move plates out of the way. Salad was drenched in dressing, ordered a mac n cheese bites appetizer and neverreceived it. Olive Oil was rancid, ordered truffle fries, bland and no truffle. Ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and it had hardlyany sauce, upon requesting additional sauce and waiting several minutes for it, I was given a butter/garlic sauce that tastedexactly like the sauce from papa johns, and definitely wasn’t Alfredo. I grew up loving this place and now it makes me neverwanna visit again. Save your money and please never come here. Read more

Don’t really know where to begin here. Our server was very nice and was on top of refills which was nice but she completely... forgot to ring in our toddler’s food and instead of having the kitchen start it she pretended as if the food somehow went outto another table (mind you we sat right next to the kitchen and never saw a kid’s Alfredo go out) then they served my entreeon a chipped plate that was pretty rough to touch. Not only that but my salmon was over cooked, my pasta was dry, and mybroccolini looked as if it was from one of those steam-able bags you throw in the microwave. My husband actually got super sicka few hours after leaving, he ordered the chicken Marsala and said the sauce tasted kind of funny. Don’t get me started on theinappropriate conversations coming from the staff in the kitchen. We had a good experience the time before this so not sure whatwas going on? Read more

Go somewhere else. For the price flavor and quality, if you want something like this just go to Olive garden. Not much better... but better. Find a local place and give it a try. Don't go here. Read more

First time eating here. Service was quick! The break apart bread (and oil and vinegar) was fun and tasty. I got the Butternut... Tortellacci and it was pretty good (6/10). I’d rate it higher (7 or 8) but it was kind of cold and was heated up in a spottyway. My boyfriend made his own pasta and that was subpar. We also both got Caesar salads. The price came out to like $45-50 intotal. Honestly this place was too pricy for the food that we got. Not worth it. Read more

Visited on a Tuesday night and were able to be seated (party of seven) quickly. Lasagna was served in Maine portions, Mason... ravioli was incredible. I had gluten free shrimp saclopini. Server Kalli was awesome, we will be back. Read more

We always have a pleasant experience dining at Romano's Macaroni Grill. Got seated by the host and immediately served with warm... ciabatta with olive oil and balsamic vinegar which we enjoyed while chatting waiting for our dinner to the point where werequested for more for it was that good. We each ordered different dish and mine is Mom's Ricotta Meatballs + Spaghetti whichcomes smokin' hot, literally where you can't even touch the plate or you'll get some burn. It tasted really good with generousportions of meatballs, perfect combination with red wine. Another on our party ordered a steak which was melt in your mouthtender with generous serving of greens. Our server April was super nice and very accomodating and funny too. The place is cleanand cozy. So overall, we had a very good dinner and a pleasant experience once again. Good job to the crews, the management andof course especially the chef for preparing a very delicious dinner for us. Read more
