Settebello is the most authentic Italian Pizzeria in Salt Lake with the most fresh tasting pizza. While on the higher end price... of personal pizzas, the authentic and imported ingredients from Italy are worth every penny. The pizzas have the most robusttomato flavor ever, the dough and crust are crisp and incredible, and each topping is a perfect pairing. The classic andself-named Settebello Pizza is the best. The Emilia is a close second with an awesome Italian Creme-based sauce. The only onethat's not my favorite is the Carbonara (pictured below) as the egg seemed to be spread below the cheese and not an egg on top.Texture isn't totally there with this one, but the flavors are still great! Service is always amazing, and this is a great placeto be in downtown Salt Lake! Read more

Thin but soft Italian style pizza at its best. The thinness of the crust was such that I was able to eat a whole pizza without a... problem (about 12?). The Settebello pizza was great. Really liked the pine nut flavor and meat selection. The cannoli was alsosuperb. Read more

The food here was awesome. The service was great too! The free parking the back was a nice touch. I got the brisket pizza and my... wife got the Pear Jalapeno Pizza and we split the meatball appetizer. It was a real treat! The open kitchen was really neatalso! Cost was about what you'd expect from a downtown, sit-down, non-chain restaurant. Pizzas were between $15-$20 and caneasily feed two people/pie. The meatball appetizer was served with a half order of focaccia bread and cost $15. Honestly, themeatballs filled me up and I could only eat one slice of my pizza and took the rest to go! Read more

Excuse me! How have I not been dinning at this place sooner? Even though the restaurant was packed the staff was on top of the... service. The mozzarella on the caprese salad was top notch. The wide array of pizza options will unfortunately require me tocome back and try all the pies. Everybody knows the rule. Eat all the pizzas! Read more

Wanting to try this for some time and we finally did. Nothing really special about the environment. They bring your food out to... you pretty quick, which is nice. I would say a little pricey for a personal Pizza. The crust was pretty thin and not crispy. Ithink that may have been my fault next time I will ask for it to stay in the oven a little longer. The pizza had really goodflavor. I ordered a pepperoni, sausage, jalapeno and basil (fresh spices) I had to order this on the side because I could notunderstand their menu. (This is the real deal) My Wife ordered a chicken artichoke salad which looked really good and sheenjoyed it. I would come back again usually in the evenings there's a line and they are packed. More like 3.5. Taste of the pizza was good, but dang did it come out fast and barely cooked! I've never had a brick oven pizza... that was cooked so lightly and was so flimsy. Crust was as soft as a microwave pizza. I saw another come out that looked a bitmore cooked, but I swear I got it pizza it in less than 10 minutes from when I ordered, so they need to slow down and make surethe pizza is actually cooked and not almost still dough (that's what I'm calling it :) ) Read more

Service: Unwelcoming experience. The server repeatedly cut me off when I was talking by walking away. This bothered me a lot... because the establishment was not busy for her to disregard me in that way. The server also gave me the check as I was stillenjoying my food. I had two slices of pizza left and she found it appropriate to hand me the check then. This bothered mebecause I was excited to order a dessert, however, I couldn?t after this incident. Lastly, the server never bothered to check inwith me during my meal as is customary. Very disappointed because this was a stop on my road trip and I was having a prettyawesome time until then. Food: in respect to my pizza, everything tasted fresh and great. Overall, food wise this place isworth it. Service wise, I didn?t have a good experience. Read more

They had the best pizza and Italian food we have had eating out. We had Italian friend with us from Italy and she said this... place reminded her of her country. The food was fresh, flavorful and delicious! The best way to describe it is you need to gohere and eat! We tried 4 pizzas, the kids cheese, margarita, Bianca and Quattro queso( 4 cheese ) plus the prosciutto andarugula salad. Plus the kids loved their deserts! We were impressed with everything. Especially how much we ate and how we feltrefreshed and light after not heavy. The only drawback we had was service was slow. It took our waiter a long time to check onus, take our drink and food order. Though once the food was submitted it came out fast! Read more
