Good Thai food! Clean, and plenty of parking. Kinda pricey, but good portions. Would go back.
We got the drunken noodles and the Basil stir fry. Both had amazing flavor. I think this place is defiantly worth going to.
The friendly staff, dim lighting and jazz music are a nice part of the atmosphere here. The Tom yum soup is not something I... would usually order but I thought I?d try something new. I wasn?t disappointed at all! It was sour, spicy and delicious. Thefried shrimp skewers were sweet with a tangy sauce on top. The drunken noodles are what keeps me coming back. Such an amazingdish! I will start by saying?. I normally do not give a poor review without a good reason. My crew mate and I went in search of Thai... food?. We went to one place before this one but the vibe was just off. We got to this place Skewered Thai and at first it waswonderful, the ambiance the small space just wonderful. We ordered a bottle of wine, appetizers, then the entrees. Our serversname is MAY. As soon as the entree came so followed the check ( as to say hurry up ) Every few minutes after she kept comingback to our table and asking if everything was ok and were we ready for a to go boxes, we had just gotten the entree. I ask oneof the staff were they closing and he said ? we close at 2100 ? here is was 2030. I am paying attention now and we were theonly table being asked so many times if we were ready, not even the folks that walked in at 2015. I will say though the food???? is amazing but the service from MAY is poor. Don?t let my experience prevent you from some good Thai food just have adifferent server. Read more
Great taste and fantastic proportions for cost. Almost always have left overs. The nice cottage-ish ambience is a winner. Feels... good to just sit and eat here. Have been here multiple times and it has never failed me. Massaman curry and yellow curry are amust try. Worth its slightly higher price. Read more
A really awesome tasting Thai restaurant. I would recommend one thing though the music needs to be more authentic. Playing Katy... Perry and pop music definitely takes the atmosphere away from me. I like authenticity for my food for sure. But all in all greattasty curry. Read more
The steak pineapple curry here was amazing!!! I have a favorite go-to restaurant for Thai and this may have exceeded the taste!... This was one of the worst dining experiences I have had in years. The hostess was extremely abrupt bordering rude. She took... our order, repeated it back to us. We got our appetizers of spring rolls and they were disgusting. They were tasteless andchewy, like the rice paper wrappers had not been softened enough. My friend got her entree after a 40 minute wait in betweenthe disgusting spring rolls. The waitress forgot my order! When I told her what I had ordered she acted like it was my fault! Then it took another 30 minutes to get my paang curry. The curry was THE WORST. It was too sweet, was thick like a very thickgravy. The only vegetables were onions and red bell peppers and the peppers were still completely raw. The chicken was barelythere and dry. Seriously the worst curry I have ever eaten and I eat a lot of Thai food! We waited another 20 minutes for ourcheck and finally had to go up to the cash register to get their attention to pay. Not once were we checked on. Seriously,this is the worst food and service I've experienced in years! In addition, this place is expensive. $17 for curry that isinedible? We would have had much better food, for 1/2 the price just about anywhere else. Avoid this place as the service ishorrible and the food is worse.
