Great location! Pretty sure some one forgot to actually put the coffee in my drink but too late now already back to room.
It shouldn't say 24 hours if it's "not for everyone" just because I don't want to be in debt with student loans I can't come get... coffee when I want. Either that or they're racist cause my lady is mixed. Read more
God AWEFUL manager. 0% customer service. Rude and unacceptable behavier. So sad. I've never had a bad experience at Starbucks... before... Don't expect respect from employees. This Starbucks is at a hospital where my daughter was having heart surgery.. Nocompassion. Read more
Walked up and was just stared at by a taller young man, no greeting of any kind. When I asked about whether they did Keurig cups... or not the kids just shook his head. Since the Starbucks Carmel keurig cup uses a medium roast I wanted that, the StarbucksCarmel coffee in the bag is a light roast which is terrible and a medium roast version is not available in a bag only the Keurigcup. At no point was I even spoken to until I said well I guess I don't want anything and that's when I got an "okay". That wasthe ONLY communication I received from him at all. Starbucks seems to have a problem with that kind of service, this is not theonly time this has happened to me at a Starbucks. I have even wrote an email at one point some time ago and NEVER received anyresponse at all. Starbucks you have lost a customer for good now. Read more

Looks clean enough, basic service and wrong name on the order but hey nbd since I watched them write it wrong. Took a bit but... they were busy training. Pick up staff member tossed straws I asked for the lemonades (when asked spoke polite but was annoyedbased on thrown straws) Floor could?ve been cleaner and there was a live fly in the pastry case which deterred us from orderingfood. Not a ?rough? locale but definitely not Starbucks standard if you frequent them probably lower your expectations a bit.They do offer Pre-ground products, tumblers, and lunch items here along with self serve prepackaged salads, and cookies, andfull menu for made to order eats. Social distancing/masks are required since this locale is inside a hospital campus. Parking isa challenge to find. Read more
Amazing staff! I love this Starbucks, mostly because of how wonderful the staff are. They have excellent customer service... and are great at taking care of customers. I am at this Starbucks nearly every day (so much in fact that many of them alreadyknow my name and order!) and I have never had a bad experience. Read more
Very rude and discriminatory guy working tonight. Would not help me because I didn?t have a mask. The mask thing is so 2020. I... freaking live in San Francisco and we aren?t required to wear masks in hospitals anymore. Am I really going to kill someone bynot wearing a mask to order a drink? Just annoyed. Read more
