Incompetence at its finest. Ordered 2 of the same drinks. One regular. One with 2 shots of espresso. Watched them make it in... the same blender. No shots and pour both drinks from the same blender. I asked if it had the shots in it. He just nodded. Isaid I can't taste any coffee. And how can two drinks from the same blender have different ingredients. He shrugged and walkedaway. Read more

The Starbucks outside the terminal not the one passing security FYI the one next to Maverick .The woman with glasses and blond... high lights , with brown short hair working on Saturday April 16 around 7:20 pm always has an attitude when I go . She actslike she is doing me a favor and not her job . She doesn?t even say thank you or nothing 0 courtesy. I come every week and Ihate when she works because she is rude and not friendly at all. Asked the cashier for a ?kids steamer? she said what size? I said ?kids size please and kids temperature there?s nothing like a... little kid over reacting over a hot drink? she said yeah totally I get it! And guess what I got? Let?s just say they turned anormally great experience to a traumatic one and now I?ll be paying for it on a 5 hours flight. Had no issue at all. There was a long line, but they got through us surprisingly fast, everybody was friendly, no problems with... the transaction or being called on when it was ready. Exactly how you'd hope a Starbucks visit would go, quick and easy. Read more
