I wish the prices on the revivers wasn?t so expensive compared to all other drinks. Also, when you get stuck in a line, it can... take aaaaages. With only a few snack options, you?d think it would be a bit faster. I don?t blame the staff at all, it seemsthat way at every location and at the competitors too for the most part, just something about the system. That being said, thestaff are all so sweet. What a refreshing place, not only the drinks are delicious, but the kids there are Super Cool and with Excellent Customer... Service!! Friendly, fast service, this Swig in Murray Rocks!! I love my Jolly Elf with extra pearls, my hubby loves his Rocketand beach babe and my son Nutty and nice. Honestly, I LOVE Swig and I love getting it multiple times a week. Absolutely no complaints about their workers or their menu,... the quality is definite there. HOWEVER, I went today with my mother who is a diabetic. I asked for 2 founder drinks, one withdiet/sugar-free for my mother, and one with regular soda for myself. I was insistent that one would be sugar free, while theother would be regular. When given the drinks, they assured me that X soda was diet, while Y soda was regular. My mother starteddrinking her soda and noticed something tasted off. She started to feel sick shortly after. We checked the labels at the bottom(which we didn't know were there before, i'll admit) and noticed that the worker handed us the wrong drinks. Although yes, weshould have made sure with the label from the beginning, I had asked the worker multiple times is X soda was diet and Y soda wasregular, so we figured we were safe since she kept reiterating. I'm disappointed on their behalf, truly. I'll still keep going,but I'm going to bring sugar free testing strips to ensure that they no longer give me the wrong drinks. Read more
This peanut butter cookie was so delicious! I prefer the one without icing, the icing tends to be a bit too sweet for my taste.... The Pretty in Pink refresher was also so delicious! Perfect drink to cool off in the warmer weather. The staff that I interactedwith were so sweet! The drive thru area is a bit hard to turn into/turn out of, but, I will definitely be going back soon! Swig didn?t quite live up to our expectations. The line and wait to get our drinks and cookies took about 15 minutes. My girls... got the raspberry dream and the heart breaker and loved them. I got the big al and thought it was heavy on the lime and light onthe coconut. We also got a sugar cookie a chocolate cookie and a peanut butter cookie. We think that the cookies wereunderwhelming. I would give it 3.5 stars but that?s not an option. Read more
Love coming here! Drinks are delicious and I love the Dirt Ball cookie! The kids menu is fun too with a kid-size sugar cookie... and playful drinks like the ?shark attack.? My only suggestion would be to have a smaller version on the menu at the same placeyou order. If you?re getting more than one item, or you aren?t a regular (plus it?s a new menu right now) it?s hard to rememberwhat everything is called since the menu is behind you. I ordered 2 drinks and a pretzel bites and the total came to $11 I also used a free pretzel bite coupon from a fund raiser card... so $11 for 2 drinks? Doesn?t add up the employee also said from the back make sure to mark his card so I paid for the pretzelbites while also getting my free pretzel bite card marked doesn?t seem right.
