So I?ve been going to this taco time for years. My entire family has. We know the owner very well, and he?s extremely cheap. He... wants to constantly find ways to make things cheaper which ultimately the customer and employee ends up sacrificing for. Stella was wonderful and very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu items and deals. All I could think about... was getting out of the cold and some warm Mexi-Fries (tater-tots). Stella made some great recommendations and she was right. Igot a fair amount of food for a great price. I also started working in fast food as a teen. Then put myself through college as abusboy, server, bartender then manager so I get it. Great customer service makes the whole experience all the better and in thiscase Stella, I have to say, "The only thing better than the food was the service" ?????????????? Read more
Food is usually good. Today it was so so. Barely any meat on the tacos. They gave us the wrong item. But what I?m most concerned... about is the girl working there. She had blue cleaning gloves on, washed and wiped down an area, then with the same gloves,started preparing food! Huge no. Read more
How this is four stars is a head scratcher to me. Got the bag of tacos and literally soggy, no crunch to the shell and the beef... looked undercooked. I award you zero stars and may god have mercy on your soul. Read more
Decent food great service decent prices Ordered the quesadillas chicken 7$ not bad pretty good and the sauce is a nice... touch. Twice now, I've ordered from this Taco Time on Grubhub. I ordered a large STUFFED Fry (like tater tots with jalapeño and cheese... in it) which costs over $7. Both times, they have sent me a small cup of regular tater tots with melted cheese. It's NOT thesame thing! If you are out of stuffed fries, then take them off your Grubhub menu or give me a call. What you substituted was ofmuch lower value ($$$) and taste. At least let me know instead of surprising me...the stuffed fries are what I order from youfor to begin with. This was an ok visit, I had the taco salad. They did not have any condiments available such as jalapenos or salsa for the... salad. I put it at a 6.5 out of 10. The customer service was fine and they were steady busy. Read more
