Delicious food and amazing atmosphere. The location is also awesome to walk around and explore while you're waiting for your... table even though my wait was only 10 minutes. The fresh bread here is very good and the cheesy garlic bread is amazing! A lotof classic pasta dishes that are all very good. Overall a very pleasant experience. Read more

Oh man, where do I even start? My husband and I wanted to feel nostalgic today and take our kids to The Old Spaghetti Factory.... Now Mind you, our expectations were extremely low because well you know... So we got to the restaurant right before 2pm andthere was a line outside. We waited and got in right when they opened. They seated us (we had initially asked to seat in thetrolley but I guess not all of their employees are trained to take orders in there so it was closed for the day). Our waitertook forever to come by and check on us and ask for our drinks. When they finally did we were ready to order. Then, it tookanother 20 or so minutes to bring our waters. Then the sodas our kids wanted to try. After another 15 minutes they brought ourbread for the table. Now once again, we were here for that nostalgic feeling but everyone else is getting their drinks andbreads right away it was odd. Then... it took forever for us to get our food! Once again we got seated a little bit after 2pmand didn't start eating until 3pm. So just remember when you go in because they are so slow. The food was just okay so keep thatin mind. I ordered the gluten free pasta Alfredo, we also had the chicken fettuccine (the choped chicken was so bland) the macand cheese, and the spaghetti marinara sauce. The one thing I still love ordering here is their spumoni ice cream which it stilltastes amazing and it's where all my stars are coming from. PS: Our waitress and her trainee were extremely nice! Anyway, if youare looking for American/Italian food, have a lot of free time, and want to feel nostalgic in a dark place this is it. Read more

Great food! They have gluten free options that are yummy. You really can't go wrong if you like pasta.

I want to start by saying the food/entrees at the spaghetti factory are usually AMAZING! I have been to the one in Colorado many... many times. Unfortunately, this one in Salt Lake REALLY disappointed me. I came here just a couple days ago, the bread was verystale, the entree came in a tin pan thing instead of on a plate, and it was just a really overall unpleasant experience. Not atall worth the $20 I spent. I would definitely NOT recommend going to this location if you are in the area. Read more

The Old Spaghetti Factory is a beautiful example of food, service, and atmosphere all rolled together in one remarkably pleasant... experience. Having found this place by accident, and returned on several occasions, I can say that each and every time wasmemorable. Staff members were friendly, helpful, and professional. The decor is absolutely beautiful, and well complemented byartful lighting. Food fare choices abounded, and everything mu wife and I have tried - we found exemplary. No complaintswhatsoever. They can easily offer charming seating options for couples, small, and even large groups. Excellent for anyoccasion really. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service, food, and atmosphere. Read more

The food was amazing!! The service was very slow to begin with though. We had to ask to be waited on, but most places seem to... be like that right now. The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere has a nice vintage ambiance. We were looking for avegetarian meal and found it here. The marinara pasta and minestrone soup were delicious!!! Highly recommend and will be backfor seconds. Read more
