Since Ramen Bar opened, they have been consistently great. I love it. I actually wrote a review when they first opened but I... wanted to follow up and say that even after 3 years, Ramen bar holds high regards in my book for their ramen. Below is myoriginal review and I gotta say that my sentiment is equally the same 3 years later! ______ This place is without a doubt asgreat as its competitors. I'd say better than Jinya, Ramen 930 and pretty close tie with Tosh. It hits the spot and its rightnext to the bar scene which makes it convenient when you want to get ready for the night. The broth is delicious and has justthe right taste of classic pork broth. The pork belly melts in your mouth and I personally like the addition of corn in it. Theprices are right on and the place is kinda small so it can feel cramped fast, or wait a bit for seating so be prepared but it iswell worth it! Read more

Pork belly portions were generous, and the meat was tender and tasty! The Umami Bomb had a large portion of meat in particular... since it also came with the spicy pork. The eggs were tender and jammy. I wish the Yuzu Salt had been a bit more sour andsalty. The restaurant is very small. We had no wait when getting a late lunch, but I wouldn?t be surprised if there?s a longwait at busier times of the day. Read more

Came here on a Sunday after my myself, they weren?t too busy so I was seated immediately. I think there?s only one server and... one food runner for the front of house so kudos to them to man the whole store Ordered the Umami ramen and 4pc wings. The noodleitself is pretty good, chewy and has good texture. The pork belly in DELICIOUS, the ground pork topping always has very goodflavor. However the broth itself is lacking something, can?t put my finger on it but it felt 2 dimension. The 4pc wings came inall different size which is totally fine with me, the 2 smaller pieces are cooked perfectly but the larger ones are a littledry. Great flavor tho Read more

I?ve been meaning to come here for a while. I?m glad I did! Phenomenal ramen perfect for a cold rainy day! Cheap delicious gyoza... and the dessert was delicious! During our stay the lights were turned down and the music adjusted to make an even more perfectexperience. I will definitely be coming back! Read more

Pretty underwhelming. I liked the place and ambience and service was reasonably good. But the food was pretty subpar. Tonkatsu... ramen was reasonably good but the veggie ramen (no vegetables) and spicy wings (was actually deumstick) was way below standard.Chicken was dry and chewey. Wont come back again. Read more

I'd like to think I've had a good amout of ramen in my ventures, so I now have a good idea of what I believe to be pretty dang... good. I came to lunch with my partner and never having been here we were excited to see if this could be our ramen spot. Weordered a few Gyoza, and I had the tonkotsu ramen. The Gyoza was fried which added a great texture to the very soft and fluffyinsides. They added a spicy mayo on top that gave it an extra kick of flavor, and it made me a fan. I found it interesting thatthey have your order them in ones instead of a set order, I thought that was nice too. The Tonkotsu Ramen was hearty, smooth andfull of flavor. Now, I'll admit I've been spoiled by Hironori Ramen and like the broth that they serve, but this was great. Itruly enjoyed it. The topings were just right, except for the pork belly. It was a bit off, too much chewy fat, but a greatflavor. The noodles were thin, but tasted great! Much better, in my opinion, than a place like Jinya. I would definitely havethis again! As far as the place goes, it was super cute inside, very nice and chill place with a great staff. I'll definitelyreturn to have more Gyoza and try another bowl of ramen. Read more
