Manager was super friendly. Server was really sweet and attentive. Food was good, a few meat cutters gave fatty pieces. Most... left it that way, some offered another piece. Dessert was great. The "tucanos" signature mocktail, not so much. Way too thick todrink :( overall I enjoyed the dinner for a birthday occasion. Their birthday reward is very cool:) Review from last monthstill stands. Came back today and loved our waitress Gianna, she was amazing. And Jake who came with the meats was the best andso kind. His manager yelled at him right in front of us. I hope if that manager sees this, he'll think twice before doing thatagain. Be professional. Be humble. This place is pretty expensive for how much you get to eat. Since it is a buffet, you naturally get full long before you've... tried everything you want to try. I had a delicious salad that I couldn't finish. I would have liked to bring it home. Theirfood was really good. Meats are served by people who bring it to your table on a spit. They will cut a piece off for you. Thereis a little red and green wood peg on the table. When you want meat turn it to green side up. When you don't want any more, orwant a break, turn it to red side up. They pile it on like crazy. So you might have to switch to red a few times through yourmeal. Read more
The food has always been amazing. I've been eating here for years. The reason for my rating has to do with the level of service... I received earlier today. There is a lunch special they offer to those who work in Gateway. I haven't ordered it since beforethe pandemic. We are now back in office after 2 years of working from home. I don't like our cafeteria food and wanted to orderthe lunch. I knew it was a little known secret that wasn't too popular because I think 99% of the people who work here areunaware of it. I called to order it and got Gabby who wasn't aware of it and asked around. She told me to order it from theapp, it didn't work. She checked with one manager who said if it can't be done on the app it is no longer an option. Gabby couldhere my sadness. I wasn't disappointed because it made sense. Why would they offer something that wasn't popular or easilyavailable to order? Gabby didn't give up on me. She said she'd take my number (like most companies do to get you off the phone)and check on what she can do. Gabby actually called me within the hour and directed me to the website. I was getting ready tojump on the website only to get a call from Manager Charlie. Charlie told me she'd email me the information for me to place thelunch special since it wasn't going to let me do it on the website. I just got out very disappointed, they were like 4 tables so no busy at all, we tried maybe 3 or 4 different meat styles, I must... say tho that our waitress was nice, the meat guys were slow and not kind, the salad bar is average nothing super fancy ordelicious, the desserts are really good, the Mango cake is a must. It's overall clean and they have nice music but I won't comeback. Read more

Please note:no validation for parking. Lunch offering is what you pay for but expect to take a long time to get food. Food-like... other reviewers I found that a lot of the offerings were vegetable, fried fish. Beef only came around a couple times and evenwhen I asked for rare the beef and meat was all very overcooked. Staff-there were three parties from what I could tell, but wewere checked on only a couple times. Not a lot of refills of water, but the staff did come a decent amount to ask if we neededanything. Lunch experience-I was pretty disappointed unfortunately. It took a long time to get the different items and althoughI requested beef I could only get a couple slices. The quantity for each item was a bit small. It would not be an issue if itwas the weekend or night I imagine, but on the weekday lunch it take a really long time to get items. Pretty solid the wait is 3 hours they only seat maybe 60% capacity of the front two rooms with reservations and leave the back... one empty. They must be hurting for staff but everyone was super pleasant. The beef medalines skewer with bacon was amazing.The shrimp skewer was awful lol Great value not bad will return. Unfortunately it was an horrible experience. First and last time here. We went to celebrate our first month of marriage with my... husband and came away very disappointed. The food was not good at all. They have different salads but they are not super goodeither. They gave us raw meats, there was no variety and it wasn't even that crowded. To top it off, the waitress came 3 timesto ask us if we were ready to leave. We felt like she was really kicking us out. The only good things were the drinks, mashedpotatoes and pasta (although it was cold). That?s the only picture I took before we left. I wouldn?t recommend this place. Read more
