We have always loved Ugurt. The staff are very friendly. We come often. We came in 2 times in the last 2 weeks. Sadly, both... times there was no fruit. No heath. Really not much of anything. But the saddest part was the floor and tables were filthy. And no one else was here, so I?m pretty sure a good mop was possible. C?mon! We want to come back. But not if it stays likethis! Read more
We go to Ugurt often. Last night was the first time I went in the bathrooms are clean. They always have wonderful selections... everything was so clean and organized in the topping bar. We love Ugurt. We come at least once a month for some great frozen yogurt. Every year on the last day of school we come for a... start of summer treat. My kids line up for the cake batter! And all the toppings make it that more yummy. Read more

As most dessert places close early in the valley, you can count on Ugurt to cater to your late night sugar cravings; well... technically it's Fro-Yo (frozen yogurt), so it's healthier? Whatever the case may be, this is your go to quick fix. From thecreamy Fro-Yo, to the crunchy toppings, or fresh fruits-they have something for everyone (including dairy and sugar freeoptions). This place is conveniently located near the U (university of Utah), and not too far from downtown. This is the onlyFro-Yo place on this side of town (including downtown); the other franchises start from the Sugar House area and farther. Theinterior was spacious with a casual vibe. It's decorated with various U pride banners and collages. The majority of theircustomers are students from the U, and this spot can easily be mistaken to be part of the U. They didn't have many selections ofFro-Yo, and some of the machines were out of service. The Fro-Yo dispenser was on the older side, and needs to be serviced. It?sgood that they have mini sample cups to try before you buy. Some handles were either dispensing too much or none at all. Theyhad ample toppings to choose from. Either from the toppings dispenser, where you turn the knob to dispense the desired toppings,or you could scoop them into your cup. The chocolate chip dispenser released too many chips for one knob turn. We got the MilkChocolate, Country Vanilla, Original Tart, Sweet Coconut, and Mango Fro-Yo with chocolate and fruit toppings. Our favorite wasthe Mango flavor, it tasted so fresh and refreshing. We?re coming back next time just to get a full cup of mango, and theirother fruit flavors (Strawberry, Pineapple, Raspberry). The Milk Chocolate and Country Vanilla was creamy and flavorful. TheOriginal Tart was too sour for my taste buds. But the Sweet Coconut is generally my go to favorite. Many flavors and toppings were out today. But the biggest issue I had were the super dirty floors. Looked like they hadn?t been... mopped in months. I used to really like this place, too! Might find another place to go. Read more
