We had a lovely dinner … it was the kind of family dinner I remember as a child with Italian family heritage. It was a perfect... environment for story- telling and reminiscing about holiday traditions and memories. I recall feeling a bit disappointed withour thanksgiving this year but didn’t really know why… until I ate at Venetian… this feeling of connection was what myheart yearned to feel again! Thank you Veneto! Well done… Read more

Really lovely experience at Veneto for my birthday! Such a cute, fancy, and quaint atmosphere. The staff is excellent! Big wine... selection and great beef tartare. I haven't liked beef tartare before until I tried theirs. In terms of flavor profiles, I wishthere were more sauces and flavors with the dishes but that isn't the true Italian way from what I understand, so I don't holdit against them. Very authentic. They also gave me a box of delicious house-made almond cookies that I LOVEDDDD. Definitelyworth a try. Super romantic. Read more

A homey atmosphere and a tasty menu. The portions are reasonable enough that you can enjoy a few courses. There is no tipping,... but we were charged a small service fee and a non-alcoholic fee. Overall, a little spendy for frequent visits, but definitely aplace I’d go for a special occasion. Read more

Wow!!!! This truly is a Salt Lake City gem. If you are new to Salt Lake City and looking for good food, this is the spot! There... are not many places in the area that can deliver food of this caliber. My wife is a chef and food blogger and we struggle tofind food that really leaves an impression, don’t get me wrong there are some amazing places here but they aren’t easy tofind. Veneto is outstanding. Expect to open your wallet a bit, but 100% worth it for the experience and the quality. Make areservation, and trust the experience they have planned out. Read more

A lovely atmosphere, amazing Gnocchi, and I love the included tip practice, but same/better quality Italian food is available in... Salt Lake for much less. One area of note, though they will substitute gluten free Penne for certain dishes, they don’t adjustthe recipe very well, and I would steer others with an allergy to order off the already gluten free options. Order liberally, asall plates are quite small. That said, the food is very good, the staff are cordial, and the location is quiet and intimate. Read more

I took a date here for a nice evening and neither of us were impressed with any of the food we ordered. It was one of those... meals where you leave hungry and it almost ruins the date. We both left saying Gordon Ramsay needs to come help these guys.Sorry we won't be back Read more

We went out here for a couples night and we had a great time. The food was good, I loved some things and didn’t like others.... The ravioli and gnocchi were amazing as well as my steak. I also very much enjoyed the desserts. Read more
