I lived in Morocco for six months in college and have the fondest memories of my time there. Upon moving to SLC, I found Zahara... and was able to attend their first in-person even since Covid. It felt so much like being back in Morocco and was an incredibleevening. Not only was every dish made with love and absolutely delicious, Mohammad\'s stories and energy made me feel like I wasat home with family. I cannot wait to attend again. Such a wonderful dining experience! I am so pleased with everything about our experience at Zahara! First of all, the meals... are absolutely amazing, offering bursts of contrasting flavours and textures, consisting of the freshest ingredients which areprepared authentically. This elevates an ordinary meal into the most richest of sensory experiences. I loved the opportunityto learn about the Moroccan culture and how meals are influenced traditionally.
