Ordered for pickup online said 35min wait time my boyfriend went down to pick up the food he sat down there for an hour while... people stood around and talked when I got my food the pizza was undercooked the salad had more cheese then anything else and thelettuce was soggy and brown the brownie was burnt and inedible. Apparently no managers were working either. Will never orderthere again! Read more
Absolutely horrible service. First and last time ordering from Saltsburg. Spring church will get ALL of my business for now... on. Ordered and paid online, order was to be ready at 6. Arrived about 5 minutes early, took around 7 minutes for anyone toeven come to the counter to wait on me. My food wasn't even started yet. Workers spent more time standing around talking thanworking on food orders. The woman taking food out of the oven was to busy talking on her cell phone and disappeared leavingfood ready to fall on the floor as it was being pushed out of the oven, the delivery boy came in and was rushing around tryingto do her job as she came back out still talking on her cell phone trying to take food off with one hand being her phone was inher other. The only one wearing gloves was the delivery boy. My food was finally ready at 6:15. Everything was overcooked andburnt. Read more
We ordered food last night and paid for it with a card. Called an hour and a half later to check on our order. They never... received our order. We never received any food. But were charged $45. We will never bother with this place again. Read more
Good toppings, good crust, but I swear the pizza sauce is sour every time I get one. You have to watch who's working. Half the food is non edible Because they either burn it or it's just rotten. Don't order... salads! You're guaranteed to throw half of it away. if the owners, Dom, or Shana is working there then you will get good food.Otherwise save your money and order from John's pizza across the street. They are constantly asking for tips which you're notallowed to do. It's irritating!! I always tip, without being asked I tip but I'm done tipping if they ask me. I haven't tippedthe last 4 times because they have asked for a tip. I happily give generous tips as long as they don't ask. I completelyunderstand that a lot of people live off tips but my mom worked there and I know they aren't dieing for money. Just be carefulordering from there. Read more
I will never return to this place I can?t justify going here I got the same order actually with 1 two liter instead of 2 it was... 9 dollars more than spring church foxes that?s insane don?t think I?m going here anymore I gave them enough chances same exactorder but with less drinks and it?s 7 dollars more plus 2 dollars for using a card there?s a reason it?s always empty hell Ishould go to johns if I?m spending 40 bucks people go to foxes because it?s cheap that?s the only reason I would go here overjohns but at this point johns is cheaper and better the same order used the be 23-24 dollars they have doubled their prices overthe last 6 months problem is other foxes haven?t what?s the deal??!
