Can't share anything about the dinner/bar scene, but breakfast was good. Pay attention to their online menu because your choices... are slim. I had the maple bacon French toast and it was great. I'd definitely like to try lunch or an early dinner. Read more
Fantastic little pub in downtown Saltsburg... we came on a Sunday post run on the West Penn Trail (highly recommend as well). ... Small menu for brunch, but solid food. 10 beers on tap, lots of local craft. Nice find in an area with limited options. Read more

If you're looking for a cozy place for a rest stop along the bike trail, this is one you'll want to keep coming back to. Don't... let the name "tavern" deceive you. The tavern was nicely decorated with local artifacts and the staff was very friendly. Thereare outdoor picnic tables as well as plenty of seating inside. The food I ordered was fresh and tasty.
