As other recent reviewers state, BigFish started out strong in 2021, when the quality of sushi and service was high as they... tried to get customers. Last 6 months service has been lacking, consistently late for pickup orders, 30-45 mins late, and worstyet misleading customers in telling order is almost done, in "2 minutes". That goes on for 45 minutes straight. Lately thequality of sushi average at best. Owners are cost-cutting to squeeze extra $$ from customers, underpaying and not retaining enough staff to provide adequate service. This is sad, the place has so much potential. Read more

First couple of times here the sushi was amazing. Sushi was fresh, order was correct, and staff was nice. That was in... 2021. Have gone here twice in 2022 and both times the sushi seemed just off. Smelled different/bad, didn?t look as fresh(discolored), etc. Worst issue was that I ordered a Dragon Roll, and the Eel did not have the pinbones removed. At all. Firstpiece was super crunchy, then when I checked the rest there were at least 15+ bones in the eel and even on the outside of therice on the roll. Not pleasant. Maybe they?re short staffed, not sure, but if they?re not removing pinbones for eel that goes*inside* a roll, I wonder what other corners they?re cutting. Argumentative staff. Trying to tell them that that tempura was mushy And under cooked inside. The waitress started arguing with... me in front of the other customers . I was so embarrassed.
