Isnt it little more inclusive to ask and ensure that if three burgers are vegetarian than if the client needs all food to be... vegetarian? They don't seems to care a single bit. I am highly disappointed in the service (Or lack thereof) that I recieved today. We came to get breakfast and frappes. The... frappe machine was broken. Disappointing but not the end of the world. We order 2 meals, 2 breakfast sandwiches, and an icedcoffee. When we received the food I checked it over and we are missing a breakfast sandwich. I say something to the person atthe window and he argued that I didn't pay for 2 breakfast sandwiches and wants to see my receipt. We look at the receipt and Iwas charged for a breakfast burrito not a breakfast sandwich. I check again and it is there in the bag. I told the person at thewindow that it was wrong that wasn't what we ordered. He said because it's what's on the receipt and that since I got what Ipaid for they would not help me. I will not return to this location and highly recommend others stay away as well. Anyone whorefuses to fix their mistakes does not deserve to be in business. Read more
This McDonald's has great potential. They need the drink machine and ordering kiosk to be 4 stars. My bacon barbecue chicken... sandwich was delicious, but they forgot the bacon. The chicken was moist and wonderful. The SW chicken salad had the same greatchicken and a lovely variety of greens, beans, carrots, and corn. Their only diet soda was coke. The not diet varieties we'relimited too. I watched the order taker spend too much time communicating with a customer who was a communication challenge. Read more
The manager is super rude! We ordered breakfast a few mins before closing and came to pick up, we were denied in a disrespectful... and a rude way by the manager. I get if you ran out of breakfast but since you could not deliver the food after ordered, Iexpect the manager of all the people to be even more courteous to not meet customer order after placed. We go here quitefrequently and never had any issues. The staff is great as well and so is the food but the manager is needs some training on howto talk and handle customers better especially when the restaurant cannot deliver! Read more
