Terrible staff and extremely slow. Everytime I come into this Mod they are way under staffed and I end up waiting over 30... minutes for a single pizza order. It’s honestly ridiculous, staff is rude as well and doesn’t want to help with door dashorders. Stay away from this place. Terrible management as well as service. Read more

Quality of Pizza and service has gone south. Ordered my pizza online to save time, app says it will be ready in 15mins, I... arrived after 30mins and the staff was yet to start working on my order. I went at 3pm on a Tuesday and store was empty so Ithink staff was just lazy to work. As I was standing near online pickup order no-one bothered to ask me why was I in the storeand I had to remind them that I am here for pickup. the guy working on my order burnt my garlic bread in front of me and did notclean the leftover burnt bread from the Pizza Peel. Finally received my order after almost 45mins with completely black burntcrust, wrong ingredients and a weird cheese bread which tasted of only cheese. No apology for late service and staff had a "I amdoing you a favor" attitude. Waste of my time and a disappointing late lunch. I feel like the quality of MOD pizza has gone down. I had always enjoyed the decent tasting pizza for the price, and after... coming back, the renovations were definitely cool to see (not quite sure about the green theme) but the pizza was not quite thesame. The dough was soft, indicating that it wasn’t quite cooked fully, and the prices also increased. The staff were friendlyas always, but it’s disappointing to see the overall decrease in quality. This is a standard MOD Pizza serving up everything your heart desires from the chain. The staff was kind and helpful and the... toppings plentiful. Opted to try the “No-Name-Cakes” (Ding-Dong) and they were tasty too. Pro Tip: try everything. Whylimit yourself? Read more
