Came with my family and ordered our usual drinks that we have ordered across the country in our many travels. The barista who... took our order was great and very friendly! The barista who made our drinks messed up three of the four drinks and had to remakethem. I have a thirty min lunch break for school. I go to starbucks because it close by. I ask for a plain bagel untoasted, since I... did not want to wait for a long time, I ask if I can get it right there since it is not un toasted. The lady says that she isnot in charge of food and cannot do that. I wait for 20 mins and by this time I have to go back to school. I go up to thecashier and say I have been waiting for 20 can I please get my bagel. She gives me an attitude and say it was not 20 min. I always come here for the drive-through. The person at the window helping with my order is very friendly. Makes nice... conversation while waiting so you don?t feel you are waiting . They ask you if you would like to use your points which is a plus. Yes there is a line up but it?s normal cause it?s a drive through. Overall super happy. Read more
I've been going here for years...always good. Staff and service is excellent. Plenty of tables inside and outside patio. Only... negative is it's nearly adjacent to Eastlake HS, so often noisy kids there from 11-3. Read more
