It is so nice to finally have a boba place in the area, and Yifang does not disappoint. I have yet to have a bad experience, and... I personally like the matcha latte with brown sugar pearls. The pearls are a great consistency, the different types of jelliesare all delicious, and the tea always tastes great. I would definitely recommend Yifang to others. Read more

We went to this Sammamish YiFang 4 times in 5 days when it first opened so we can try more items. So far everything was made... correctly and tasty. The cute boba cup shape egg waffle cakes were made perfectly and yummy. Mango sago drink was great. Tarowith sago and milk tea with sago boba and grass jelly too. Read more
The drinks were made by a clueless trainee who was staring at the ingredients like he never seen them before. These are 6... dollar drinks and a refund was surprisingly refused. Train your employees during training hours and NOT ON A CUSTOMER\'SDRINK!!!!!!! It was a shameless no refund policy. Someone remind them that this is America and that type of return policydoesn\'t fly here. I will dispute this and report them to the Better Business Bureau.\n\nUpdate:\n1) The owner has falselyclaimed that a refund was offered when it was not. Either way you will not have my money. The charge will be disputed. Yousee, there are enough customer protection here so people like you do not get away with this.\n\n2) I highly recommend you tochange your policy of having trainees practice on customer\'s paid drinks. You are charging a lot for a drink and no customerwants to see their drink made by a fumbling trainee. If you put yourself on the customer\'s side and you\'ll understand whyyour training practices is unfair to paying customers.\n\n3) Your cashier refused to provide a refund and only offered to putmy name on a post-it note. Don\'t lie and say you offered a refund because that is untrue. If you continue to lie I will reportyou to more websites. Review your refund policies and asinine training on customer drinks.
