Drove all the way from Kinston to pick up my order. Drove all the way back to Kinston to realize they gave me 4 pieces of... pepperoni on bread with some veggies and sauce. I called and let them know and they told me to bring it back and they would fixit. It was "The Benissimo by Jimmy Garoppolo". When I drove all the way back, she took the sandwich back and added cold chickento it and passed it back through the window. I asked for a refund at this point and she smiled at me and told me to wait andthen said she can't refund me my money. I walked out empty handed. Absolutely horrible!!! I called in my order,arrived at the time I was given..i sat in the drive thru for OVER 30 MINUTES... watching her make sandwich after sandwich after sandwich before she even acknowledged i was at the window! Then she ask if I wasthe call in...then made a couple more before FINALLY getting to mine...I get home..they are ALL WRONG!!!! to say I was annoyedwould be the biggest understatement of the year!!! This subway in Ala has no real taste and it is privately owned, therefore, they do not have to honor any TV commercials or... coupons. They change clerks often and Noone really knows what sandwich has what on it. Then because of the location inside ofa convenience store, they sell the day or two left over breads at check out register of the store. The sandwiches were verydry. Guys not the best Subway I have ever eaten at. I love Subways generally. Read more
The staff was hateful and lazy and the food was very overpriced! There was a young child behind the counter working and it was... reported to Department of child welfare. (A young boy that appeared to be between 9-12 years old) Absolutly the worst subway Ihave ever been to!! Read more
