Was unimpressed with my experience here. Was trying to stop and eat on my way back to Sacramento from California caverns but... when we got there they were out of numerous things we wanted to order like meatballs, pineapple and the desert pizza.Additionally we were the only ones in the restaurant and were told it?d be 45-60 minute wait for food? felt that wait time wasunacceptable for a slow day. The people working there didn?t seem to be all that inviting either. Ended up leaving withoutordering to find better options and service. Responses to Owner - I definitely reviewed the corrected pizza place. I have 3other people in my party that day to corroborate this info to be true. All of us were upset with wait times and unavailabilityof menu items. If you weren't out of items or offered us a >30 min wait time we wouldn't have left that day. For context thiswas on 8/13/22. Been goin here for 20 years plus.....always a good atmosphere, good food, decent pricing.... BUT a few months ago I call to... place an order for delivery like I normally do at least once or twice a month. The employee on the phone tells me that I am nolonger allowed to place orders for delivery. He then tells me that the manager said I called in and was complaining andyelling/screaming/cussing at him over the phone....THIS NEVER HAPENNED!! I have always loved this place and would never havedone something like this. I never had a reason to complain, ever. Long story short lol, I am just very disappointed that wecan no longer eat their food, I am disappointed that the manager handled it in this way........ PS. Simple and clean location. And the pizza is awesome. If you like Straw Hat pizza, this is right up there as far as how it's... prepared and taste. Toppings will not easily slide off the slice. Will certainly be dining here again. Read more
Pizza Factory used to be a central valley CA experience but I find they've moved mostly into the foothills. I enjoy the Pizza,... it's well made for a chain restaurant. The staff here are friendly and there are games to play to entertain the kids. Read more
The pizza had a nice crunch with every bite, was cooked great. The place took about 45 mins getting my pizza definitely... recommend ordering ahead of time. They were not shy with the toppings my only problem was trying to keep my toppings on mypizza. Price was a little steep but well worth the money. Inside was very clean Read more

Honestly was disappointed. Normally small town pizza places have some really great food. Not here. I ordered the combo... calzone and the main flavor present was... Watery... It was really soggy and the crust had no flavor. Plus the plastic utensilsavailable barely pass as functional eating tools. At least it wasn't too expensive. My favorite part of the decor was theceiling fans that had their fan blades taken off and half of their bulbs burnt out. Not really worth the visit imo Read more
Wow. This pizza factory is top notch. I've been to some bad ones but this place was perfect. We went back two days later.
