Tried some items I haven't had before and they were okay: the spicy chicken biscuit was pretty good, if a little small, the... Greek yogurt parfait thing it came with costed a little extra but I would get it again. I couldn't order a hot coffee throughtheir app with the meal I was ordering, so I tried their iced coffee and, while it wasn't bad, it's probably my least favoriteiced coffee that I've had in recent memory. The spicy chicken breakfast burrito was ALMOST excellent. The only thing that kindof killed its greatness was that the eggs inside were too fluffy. While that's a great trait for scrabled eggs, it just did notmesh well with the rest of the spicy chicken burrito. I plucked most of the egg out and enjoyed the crispy chicken slices pairedwith the hash brown chunks and cheese with a little bit of salsa. Of course it's hard to beat the delightful staff atchic-fil-a, so 5 stars is kind of a given. Read more
I just got off the phone with Katie who was very sweet and helped send me the receipt for a catering order that I placed last... week. The order itself was delivered later than I had scheduled but I understand since it was a large order for an office andwas during peak lunch hours. Just got a salad and of course, they forgot to put my dressing in the bag. Not going back up there as they are paid not to mess... up, but they still do. Very disappointing. Chick fil a was one of the last places that I was proud of for not messing up, butnow apparently I can?t rely on this anymore, as this isn?t the first time at this location here lately. Read more
Went at 9:30 and ordered a spicy deluxe combo, with a large fry, medium soft drink, and a small mac-n-cheese on the side. The... order taker was wonderful, as was the payment collector. Everything was fine until I got to the window to collect and was toldthey were holding on the spicy fillet so asked if I would park my car. I waited until 9:50 before getting out of my car to get amanager at which time an employee was coming out with food. The employee didn't even know who the order was for only what was onit. He neglected to even apologize for the long wait or even try and explain why. I told him I needed his manager. The managercame out and almost proceeded to give the food to another car that was pulled before realizing it was supposed to go to me. Itold him to keep the food and requested a full refund. I have worked this industry for almost 12 years now, your big nameproducts don't take twenty minutes to make , especially for just a single common meal item. It's a shame that this store actedthis way, it has several good workers, but if they allow this to occur than it deserves the negative mark of a one star review. Read more
I love Chick fil A but recently their chicken wrap is very small and they seem to put almost no chicken. As you can see from the... pictures literally just lettuce and cheese. And the second photo is comparing the size to my hand (I am a 5?3? woman) so for a 6dll wrap wrap of lettuce and cheese I think they really need to rethink or train their employees better on how to properly prepthese. Customer service is on another level! If they offered a training in schools based upon their values we would have a way better... future of young adults! The drink's taste like mold , The spicy chicken sandwich wasn't spicy, the other chicken sandwich looked like they had been cut... in half and refried. The waffle fries were cold and soggy. Read more
